My parents and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night in November 2019. I'm a bit belated in writing this review... Anyway, the location was perfect for getting to the Grand Canyon; it's not far from the center of Williams. While it may not be in a beautiful part of the city (by the highway), it was very convenient for getting out and hopping on the road. The room we had was very clean, in good shape and well-appointed. The breakfast was ample and had a nice selection of things (warm and cold options), which was a great touch. AND, we would especially like to thank and commend CRUZ, the staff member on duty while we were there, for his personable, very friendly, helpful and professional manner in which he took care of all our needs. His care and attention to detail definitely added a positive addition to our stay at this Quality Inn. Thanks, Cruz! We really appreciate your warmth and making us feel comfortable and at home!

This was a terrible experience: the room was so poorly insulated we could hear people stomping from the room above and snoring from the room next to us. Breakfast was limited and the quality was pretty horrible: I did not know one could scramble eggs to make them taste like a bath sponge. The breakfast room was too little for the amount of guest, with a microwave that was inaccessible anytime someone would use the fridge next to it. All of this for a whopping $190! The only reason this place gets 2 stars is the front desk: the people working there were very nice. I am done with these "Choice Hotels", so far the worst hotel chain I have ever tried.

There were 6 of us and we reserved 2 rooms. When we checked in we were given 1 key per room. We then requested to have 2 keys per room but we were refused. We were informed that their policy was to only issue 1 key per room and nothing could be done about it. With breakfast being in a different building and needing a key to get back into the building we were sleeping in it was very inconvenient for our family of 6 people to ready in time to meet a required departure time. That next morning we discussed this with a staff person at the front desk. He told us that all we had to do was to ask for additional keys when we checked in and that they would have given us additional keys. Very frustrating experience.

Deserves a 3.5. This place was nice and clean, and not too expensive. Includes basic breakfast. Hot Tub and pool were already closed in early October, and at night the water heater was making obnoxious sounds - not recommended for light sleepers. Staff tried to help but most of the time their answers included something along the lines of - I’m not the manager/owner. Overall, OK for a night.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. My sincere apologies about the pool/spa being closed during your stay. We close our outdoor seasonal pool and spa in mid September due to season change. I do thank you for bringing to our attention the water heater issue, we have since had maintenance fix the issue. Thank you once again, have a wonderful day.

On arrival I was not disappointed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Only thing to let it down was the use of paper bowls and plates for breakfast and plastic knives and forks. Sorry guys but this must be dealt with quickly no more plastic please
