On our way to our summer family vacation to The Grand Canyon we stayed one night at the Westerner Motel in Williams Arizona and booked 3 rooms for our family. Well to make this review as short as possible i can say it was the WORST experience and decision to had stayed in the Westerner Motel. First of all we... More

An old style motel on Route 66 in the middle of Williams. A compact room but ok for one night, bed very comfy. Fridge and coffee machine were very welcome. An amazing old style diner opposite called Jessica's dating from the hey day of Route 66.

Not a good experience. They charged me more once I checked in because they said I had to many children (we have 3) and were rude about it. I asked if they wanted me to find another hotel and of course they said no and just wanted the extra $20. The room was what you would expect for one of... More

But yes the place is a little older than some in town but I have enjoyed staying here clean, comfortable, easy to get to everything in town ie.bearizona, train station, shopping at Safeway, going out to eat,... We booked the Highlander motel but when we arrived the gentleman said there was a leak in the room so he sent us across the street. He owns both. Older motel clean. Overall not bad for a one night stay. Theirs no pool. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the corner but the sink. The price is good. Free... More

While there is no pool and it's a trifle run down the bed was comfy, the TV fine, and the towels were big and thirsty. In room coffee, nice woman checked me in. Best part is that it's walking distance to the downtown tourist places. Price was right.

Cheapest find online (cheapest in Williams but as well the cheapest in the Grand Canyon area), so no expectations, basic room, TV, free wifi, mini fridge, shower, central location close to supermarket and restaurants. For the price it was alright.

This was booked over the internet a day or so before our visit. The room was clean but small, and had most of the normal motel items (fridge microwave tv) but no safe. TV was not even plugged in, and even after this discovery, I could not get it to work. Wifi was free, but only worked reliably from the... More

This motel is in the town of Williams, AZ, the gateway to the Grand Canyon. It was a no frill room but it was clean and had 2 things we really appreciated...comfortable beds and coffee in the room. Hotel staff was very friendly. The location was excellent. We stayed 2 days

Horrible experience! The owners were extremely rude when I asked them why they were charging me extra for two children that would be sleeping with me in a room that had two beds (no extra bedding needed). The rooms are small, outdated, and smelled. The heater in the room did not work and when we asked to be moved, they... More
