This is an older motel on historic route 66. Can't speak to all the rooms, but the room we stayed in (200) has recently been nicely updated. The carpet looks new, the bathroom looks new yet very retro. We stayed two nights while taking the Grand Canyon Railway.

From the wonderful smiles from the people behind the front desk to the super clean and quiet room I had a fantastic and safe night. There is no elevator but simply ask when you check in and the front desk people will help you! I will be back, thank you!

Friendly staff. Coffee and tea provided 24/7 :) Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh apples and oranges, oatmeal, various cereal, mufins, bread, juices, and waffle maker with blueberry batter! Aiden was very helpful with breakfast :)

It seems the whole of Williams is a lot of older motels, likely from the glory days of Route 66. This motel seems to have been recently renovated. The furniture, bed, bedding, flooring, flat screen tv, desk chair all are very new. Walk in shower and sink were some sort of new stone product (granite?). The room was cleaned well....

It's a bit worn yet the place was booked solid this week. The bed, pillows, TV, fridge, and WiFi are all very good. The lighting is poor and there is no place to sit outside. Several other motels along Route 66 have outdoor areas to relax away from a dark and boring room, but not this one. The bathroom is...

We stayed here for just 1 night en route to the Grand Canyon. Arriving at about 9pm in the evening the Hotel was easy to find - right at the top of the high street, loads of free parking and a very friendly reception. The rooms are, for the price, surprisingly allright. Large comfortable bed. Free wifi worked well. We...

Service was top of the line. Owner was appreciative of slight suggestion to get more blankets as we hit a cold night. Very gracious. Counter help was 5 star
