Staff was average. No elevator, side/back door wide open and tape over the lock. Outdated furniture, beds uncomfortable and carpet was dirty. Biggest complaint was pool and jacuzzi. Such a strong chemical smell in pool room. Stains (I'm assuming) all over pool. Jacuzzi not that hot. Felt very dirty.

I booked through Orbitz. I was pretty happy with the price, and wasn't expecting a lot. The hotel room was clean (bonus), but only contained shampoo (no conditioner). The breakfast was very limited (no fruit, water, or hot chocolate), and only one waffle maker that worked mediocre at best. My biggest complaint was the "hidden fee." Even though it was't...

For $49 +tax on tripadvisor we were very pleased with our stay. Room was relatively modern with a very comfortable King bed. Sheets were nice and soft, room clean and breakfast was fine. Internet was ok, just a little slow. Check in was quick and the lady was friendly. Just stayed one night as we passed through on our rd...

After a long day on the road and visiting the Grand Canyon we arrived here. The only person at the front desk was on the phone and it didn't look like it was a work related call. During check-in, we were told that there was a $3.50 'service fee', that information was not mentioned in any of the papers I...

For the money spent the rooms were dark and dated, one bottle of shampoo and half a bar of soap, really. Breakfast, not one piece of fresh fruit and all processed food items. The towels and face clothes were worn out. The bed was good and the pillows excellent but again, for the price, you could get a lot more...

If you ever go to the Grand Canyon and plan to spend the night in Williams AZ, I strongly urge you to stay at the Howard Johnson’s motel there. The franchisees/managers, Mr. & Mrs. Patel, made it possible for our extended family to keep three (!) rooms in the event the expected blizzard (Europa) was as bad as advertised –...

The Howard Johnson hotel is actually two buildings with a covered road in between the two. Unfortunately, when it rains, the road between the buildings becomes flooded. After being assigned room 205 for the night, I discovered it was never made up. I had to walk across the flooded road to return to the desk to have the room assignment...

Rooms are what you pay for. They accommodated us for our trip to Grand Canyon. Morning breakfast was delicious. Comes with the room. Heated pool we did not get in cuz no bathing suits, water was cloudy.
