I booked the room in advance and asked for a late night check-in as I was going to fly into Las Vegas and drive to Williams, about a 4 hour drive. When I got there, the Manager/Owner was sleeping. He woke up and was very rude and downright nasty that I was checking in at that time. He gave us...

My brother and our families have stayed here every year for the past 6 years. Never disappointed, very friendly staff and good rates. If you're looking for a "Holiday Inn" type experience then go there. If you want small town, friendly people...this is the best.

We paid 100dollars for a room in which the bathtub was dirty ! We didn't have a continental breakfast for this price ! Also, the room has a locked door which means that we heard everything from the room next to ours. Bad experience !

This is a simple, no frills old motel. It feels old an worn out. But it was clean. The night desk clerk waited for us until 12:30am. We were courteous enough to call ahead and let him know that we would be arriving late.

Unit was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Good bed. Included small refrigerator, microwave and flat screen tv. Owner/Manager very friendly and helpful. Only 11 rooms. You are near railroad tracks, so if you are a light sleeper you may here the occasional train that goes by, but that would be true of all the hotel/motels in the area....

We stayed in the Highlander for three nights while visiting the Grand Canyon in late September 2016. Our room was a single queen and while a bit small, it was nicely arranged so we had plenty of room. The room included a coffee maker, flat screen tv and small refrigerator. There was room to hang clothes and a shelf for...

My second stay at The Highlander - this time with a group of motorcycle friends to share fun times together. Manager worked with me to arrange for rooms and we almost filled the motel! We will try again to fill all rooms on our next visit to Williams! The staff works hard to keep everything neat and tidy and were...

The hotel is small and clean. The rooms are being remodeled and while our room had not been updated yet. It had a flat screen tv, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The bed was comfy and the linens are clean. We had most of the hotel booked for our motorcycle group. The manager was very nice and accommodating before and...

This is the kind of Motel you expect making a trip down Route 66. Drive up to the door of your room. Easy check in ..Economical compared to the area. Room has everything you need. It is an older Motel, but, it is iconic, considering our Route 66 trip.
