My second stay at The Highlander - this time with a group of motorcycle friends to share fun times together. Manager worked with me to arrange for rooms and we almost filled the motel! We will try again to fill all rooms on our next visit to Williams! The staff works hard to keep everything neat and tidy and were... More

The hotel is small and clean. The rooms are being remodeled and while our room had not been updated yet. It had a flat screen tv, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The bed was comfy and the linens are clean. We had most of the hotel booked for our motorcycle group. The manager was very nice and accommodating before and... More

This is the kind of Motel you expect making a trip down Route 66. Drive up to the door of your room. Easy check in ..Economical compared to the area. Room has everything you need. It is an older Motel, but, it is iconic, considering our Route 66 trip.

We booked this motel after reading good reviews online while we were looking for a place to stay on our way to the Grand Canyon. When we arrived the manager told us we booked a room for 2 people and we had 3. He insisted on charging us an extra $25 for apparently "extra water usage." (2/3 people didn't even... More

I had one night here whilst going along Route 66. The motel is just at the end of all the shops and bars (about a 5 minute walk) so is close enough to the night life but without the noise. The room was a double queen and was clean and comfortable. The air con didn't work at first but we... More

We stayed here on a weekend trip to Williams. The people working here were very kind. The room was tiny but fine for one night with 3 of us. The air conditioning worked great! It is a perfect location to walk around town. Parking was right in front of our door which was great! Each room has a table and... More

Small but, just right. Was just passing through and needed a place to lay my head for a good night sleep and get a shower. The room was clean and reasonable. I would definitely stay at the Highlander Motel again.

Positives: Room was clean, free parking, free wi-fi access Negatives: Rude office attendant, small room, broken bathroom window, smoke odor Due to the proximity to the Grand Canyon, the Highlander Motel takes advantage of a booming tourism market. It is definitely overpriced for what it is, however it is comparable to other lodging options in the area. As a motel,... More

Ya you could get a little bigger or nicer however if you've looked places to stay in Williams they aren't too cheap. Great price for the room. Very clean and surprisingly quiet being this close to the street. Has small fridge, microwave, coffee maker cable TV and Ice machine out side. (rooms 7-8-9 are very close to that) Good location on the... More

We stayed two nights. The purpose of the trip was to visit the Grand Canyon. The room was nice and clean. The room clerk was courteous, friendly and professional. The maid was friendly and very efficient in her job. We liked the room. It was quiet. The television viewing was excellent. It was like being at home, since I also... More
