We drove in after walking the Grand Canyon rim so we were tired and just wanted a place to sleep. I wish we had slept in the car this place should not be allowed to operate as an hotel. The room was dirty, the towels were grey and frayed, there was no place to hang any clothes, no fridge, no... More

Nice location. Friendly staff. Late check in possible. Rooms are not very clean. Rooms are not comfortable. Very expensive for an inn, but the village (old western town) was really nice. Breakfast was ok. Parking lots for free. Near to Bearizona, nice start point for grand canyon tours

Sorry, but they are NOT trying, as quoted in previous review. The beds/sheets were DISGUSTING! Were supposed to be white but had a brownish yellowish worn out color to them.. The carpets were so filthy we kept our shoes on the whole time, even in the shower. And the towels?!?! They STUNK and were stained! Sooo not worth $100. NEVER... More

I had to stay there for one night on my way to the Grand Canyon. The first thing we noticed was our dirty bed. It was disgusting. the room was a dump. If they want to keep this place in business they should read these reviews!!! They say you get what you pay for but I still think they should... More

I feel bad leaving a poor review because I really believe they are working hard to make this place better but right now it is just not very good. It was clean but didn't appear so because of dried Spackle and paint on the carpet. Tub/shower tucked into weird corner. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Couldn't pull curtains tight to block... More

Stayed in room 104 and walked in and floor was very dirty. Also no remote for the tv, so went to office to ask about remote and also told him the floor was dirty. He followed me to the room and seemed a bit disturbed about it. He did go get a vacuum and cleaned up the floor, but no... More

BUGS! Had been in the room for 20 min and a BUG crawled toward my face on my pillow! Stomped on another BUG near the bathroom. Tried to tell staff and to check out and was told "prove it" otherwise they'll keep 30% of the bill. Fine, stomped on another BUG and took it to the front desk in a... More

My boyfriend and I stopped in Williams for a night while driving to Denver. We chose this based on a few misleading/mediocre reviews on Hotels.com and it was the only place within our price range... NOT worth the $90/night! The staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms were awful! Carpets hadn't been vacuumed and had trash, hair, and strange... More

We arrived quite late, around 11.15pm. The office shuts at 11pm but I mentioned on my booking that we would check-in late so luckily they stayed and waited for us which was a plus. The room however.....when we stepped in, it was obvious that it has not been cleaned in quite a while. The carpets were not only dirty with... More

The good news: I went to Hotwire.com and got this hotel for one night for $42. The bad news: It should be a crime to charge $42 for a room at this hotel! First of all, it is literally crumbling, inside and out. The owners/managers should be embarrassed by this but obviously they are not. The smell of water leakage... More
