I would not recommend this park to anyone. In fact I will never return. If you enjoy rules, rules, and more rules, with dozens of signs stating them, then this is the place for you! If you like gravel, no shade, and your only greenery being weeds overgrowing through the gravel, this is the place for you. Most of the... More

We picked this motel solely because you could sleep in a railroad car as we were traveling with two small children. We pulled to the main office and the front desk attendant immediately came out and even before saying hello and welcome sternly told us to move our car and pointed to the small no parking sign hidden behind a... This is a quaint little place about a half mile from town on Route 66. It is a cute place that reminds you how things once were. Please note that if you go in the summer, say June through Aug/Sept, then beware that most hotel units DO NOT have air conditioning. The week we went it was in the low... More

We were told we were staying in a "cozy" train car. "Cozy" meant small, but it was a train car and that was cool. Wifi was unavailable in the room. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was a unique overnight stay.

.....not expensive, although I had to laugh I was charged 79 cents for a baggie of ice. Staff is friendly and helpful....stayed a a "route 66 room" which was small and did not have AC....but you don't need it. I could hear the BNSF traffic nearby, but I like trains so that was all good. About $100 per night, and... More

Fortunately we had booked as this is a very popular park for their Grand Canyon train. The site is all tarmac and we had a good drive through place for our RV with all connections. The showers and toilet facilities were clean and quite spacious. Very good laundry facilities. We did not use any of the hotel facilities as we... More

We stayed in one of the cottages- a unique experience! The staff is super nice. They really make you feel welcomed upon arrival. Our cottage was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Great location while visiting Grand Canyon. This rv park is also convenient to the historic town of Williams. We would recommend the cottages and... More

Loved this RV park! Short distance into town. Very quiet park with good sized RV sites. Full hook ups with good size room in between neighbors. Couple down sizes were the cost of laundry, the pool was closed the last couple days we were on site, no fire pit on site (you can bring your own) and there are no... More

Reminded me of road trip stays on the 70s. Enjoyed the nostalgic style. It's a little tired. Could use a freshen up - especially the pool area. But it was clean and the service was friendly. If the style appeals to you, I think you'll like it. We did
