Sheridan House is the most personal BnB I have ever experienced. My husband and I had spent the day hiking at the Grand Canyon and Debbie greeted us on our own patio with freshly squeezed lemonade. Everyone knows that Mark's gourmet breakfasts are fantastic, but Debbie gives every guest a personal itinerary of activities at the Grand Canyon, or favorite stops in Sedona, AZ. All of her recommendations were "spot on" and our stay was far more efficient than if we had figured all of this out ourselves. Our room was festooned with rose petals and champagne for our anniversary stay in this restful, peaceful location.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Sheridan House Inn over the Labor Day weekend. From the warm welcome by Mark and Debbie on the first day until the goodbye on the last day our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the Sycamore room. The ground floor room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The décor was contemporary. A king size bed and ample pillows was very comfortable. Several northern and one western facing window brighten up the room and allow you to take advantage of cool breezes. The Sycamore room also has a private patio where we enjoyed breakfast each morning surrounded by pine trees. The bathroom was large, with dual sinks, a walk in shower with a rain shower head as well as a wand, and a large southern facing window provided great light. The bathroom was stocked with many amenities you typically only find in a four or five star resort. The room also included a mini refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The main house as well as the room was meticulously maintained. The Sheridan House accommodations are top notch, however what makes this a true standout are the owners, Mark and Debbie. They have a genuine hospitality and passion for making each guest’s stay a memorable one. From Mark’s delicious meals to Debbie’s attention to detail that might include a hand written note or answering questions about the area. That great service also extends to the entire staff that met and exceeded every expectation. We would highly recommend the Sheridan House and look forward to staying there again.

I don't even know where to begin to try and explain how special this place is. Let's see... 1) Perfect location for visiting Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We stayed 2 nights and were able to do quick day trips nearby. 2) The hosts were the sweetest and made us feel at home immediately. We got there late for checkin and they went above and beyond to accommodate and show us around the property. They also gave us a great insider's tip for visiting the Grand Canyon! 3) The rooms were extremely clean. I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness and they earned 5 stars in this category. 4) All of the extra little things they offer are incredible like the picnic lunch to take to the Grand Canyon and the mini chocolates on our bed at night. It felt like they really put their heart & soul into this B&B. 5) We stayed in the Rosewood Room and absolutely loved it! 6) Breakfast every day was absolutely delicious! And I love that we had a menu to pick from the night before. 7) I can't wait to visit again!
