I have trusted Tripadvisor in the past, to help me find good hotel choices, and so we did for this hotel in Williams, Arizona last month. We had requested a baby crib for our 18 month old baby, and I should have "smelled it", when they delivered us the "do it yourself"-crib from the lobby upon check in. There was...

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We were very saddened to read of your experience at our motel. Our goal is for our guests to have a relaxing enjoyable stay with us. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to assist you during your stay; did you express your concerns during your stay? I...

The staff and accommodations, room 6, are equally nice. But really... a 50's style motor court in which you are dishing out WELL over 100. I know, it's a tourist trap - generated by the Grand Canyon traffic, it's summer and the city is small. We plan to avoid Williams in the future, but if you must stay and $$...

My family of 4 stayed here four nights recently and loved it! We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the motel. We started in a king suite for 2 nights before being moved to an executive suite due to plumbing issues. The rooms were comfy and clean. The front desk ladies (we met three over our stay) were all...

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Route 66 trip, We were pleasantly surprised with this place, nice comfy (but quite high) bed, bathroom clean, it was nice to have benches outside each room so we could sit outside our room and relax, breakfast was adequate, although I would have liked cereal. Like Holbrook you are close to...

The friendly girl at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting an amazing place for dinner in town after arriving there after 8pm. Rooms were quite comfortable and the free continental breakfast was a huge bonus. It's about an hours drive to the Grand Canyon village. The little town of Williams was such a joy to explorem very quaint....

We spent 2 nights at the lodge in the middle of our two week vacation. It was nice to enter the room and see a table and chairs, love seat and chair then a separate room for the bed and bathroom made us feel like we were staying in a home instead of a hotel. Did not use the fireplace...

Stayed here for one night while visiting the grand canyon and loved it. Stayed in a king suite which was huge and comfortable, the lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to everything in town. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel in a suite for two nights so we could visit the Grand Canyon. We selected it based on the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. I have many good things to say about the place, but since the air conditioning vent was on my side of the bed, everything is pretty much overshadowed by that. The...

Stayed there for one night. We were a grandmother, a 30-ish couple and 2 toddlers ages 3 and 4. We stayed in the Pontiac Room, which had 2 queens in 2 rooms, a frig, sitting area and nice bath. The beds were very comfortable, the location was great. Grandma and the little ones went home early and the others stayed...
