We arrived just before the snow. We got a room upgrade. Rooms were so cute. Had everything we needed. Close to everything. Can walk to most stores and restaurants. Had the best pizza ever. Everyone was so nice everywhere we went. Bearizona was great especially seeing it in the snow. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Jamie at the front counter was amazing. She gave us recommendations for places to go and to eat. She was always willing to answer our questions and always had a smile on her face. We come to Williams every year and this is our new place to stay! The rooms are clean and the beds are to die for.

My husband and I have stayed here 2 times over the past 7 years and have loved staying here. After raving about the cleanliness to family, we booked 2 rooms in mid-April for an overnight stay. Sadly, the third time visiting for us was not even close to the previous stays. Although the staff was SUPER friendly, the rooms need some serious deep cleaning. We always stay in the “Chicago” room. We love the layout and have always enjoyed the cleanliness of it. This time however, one of the towels were stained, the sheets didn't seem “fresh”, and the room seemed like it hadn’t been dusted in months. I think it’s a little odd that the broken “block glass” window on the corner was still broken after 6 years (not a big deal, but still). The bedroom windows were filthy (as if a dirty or oily rag was used on them). We were disappointed in our room as we really enjoy staying here over the years. SEE MY REVIEW FROM 2012. The family we travelled with were in a room a few doors down (I forget the name), and they found hair in their bed, the room had not been dusted in very long time ( I could write in the dust). their room had a little ‘“kitchenette” which had food leftover in the drawers and a sock was found by my 9 year old niece under the bed. Has this hotel been sold to a new owner that doesn’t pride themselves in cleanliness and care? I asked the front desk gal if they had switched owners recently and she said “I don't know”. It saddens me to think that we can no longer stay in our fav lil place in our fav lil town.

Great beds, cute Western decor. Our "room" was actually two rooms with a nice bathroom and "kitchen" area with mini-fridge and microwave. Perfect for us and our adult daughter to have our own spaces. Breakfast was good, too! Similar to what you would find at a Fairfield Inn or Hampton Inn, including make-your-own waffles. The only negative was that breakfast didn't start until 6 a.m. and we left at 5 a.m. to hike the Grand Canyon (which is where the microwave came in handy).

Whether travelling Route 66 or the Grand Canyon Railroad, the Lodge on Route 66 is an excellent place to stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was filling with a reasonable variety and the reception staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is well located with just about everything in Williams within easy walking distance. The only issue we had was with the Wi-fi which, although fine in the reception, was very sketchy in the room (4). This was reported to the front desk who were aware of the problem & they suspect it is related to the position of the room. This didn’t spoil our stay here though. Overall, a great place to stay. #EZ66
