I will give you the positives first: close for Grand Canyon visits, nice shade, clean facilities. Now for the negatives: sites are not level in either direction, the sewer connections are uphill from RV (try draining your tanks :-/ ) and they have a weird requirement that the sewer line cannot be on the ground so had to buy a... Park is typical KOA gravel but has some pine trees as it sits between the the treeline and I-40. It gets both highway truck noise and the freight train horns. Trains are typical in Williams about every two hours throughout the night. We called on a Tuesday not sure if we would arrive on Wed or Thurs passing through the... More

Stayed here in a motorhome with trailer. They had a spot to accommodate our 70 foot without unhooking. Great pool and things to do for kids Had trails for hiking, biking and atvs. Close to williams and dining. Staff was very helpful we enjoyed our stay here

Stayed here because friends with kids wanted things for them to do. The campground is well maintained but really crowded. There is hardly room to pull in your rug and if your towing Yikes! Pool is a great idea but small. Loved the bike path. Lots to do for families but quiet time exists, very noisy from the passing traffic... More

Before this weekend I had only been primitive camping, this was so different!!! Camps were cozy. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Everyone was friendly and what surprised me the most was how they had so many amenities at this camp ground. The had mini-golf, go carts, a little store, a restaurant, an Elvis impersonator, arts and crafts, a pool and... More

My sister and I pulled into the campground at 3:00 a.m. after a harrowing day on the road. We found an empty spot and fell into our beds for the night! Next morning, I went to the office to find out where we were supposed to be and discovered we were at the wrong KOA (I'd reserved a couple of... More

If you're going to the Grand Canyon and looking for a koa to stay at This one is by far better then the Grand Canyon koa. There are a lot more trees and it's further away from the busy main roads. Worst you'll hear is the cows mooing in the morning on the other side of the fence. Staff are... More

We stayed two nights at this KOA. We had a 2 room cabin that was clean, cool and really nice. We spend quality time on the front porch in the swing. We were able to walk to breakfast to the on site restaurant, which was very good. There are two KOA's in Williams, this one was the better of the... More

We were traveling with some friends - they had a camper while we rented a 1-room cabin. In my reservation, I'd asked to be as close to the restrooms as possible (the 1-room cabins have no bathroom) and received an email back that I would be. I guess my idea of "close" is different than theirs - made for some... More

We really enjoyed our two night stay here while we visited the Grand Canyon. The pool and hot tubs are perfect after a days hiking and the excellent cafe saves you making dinner when you're too tired. The food was Great!! Only downside being in a tent was the traffic noise and the train horns going off through the night,... More
