A very very basic motel. The hotels near the Grand Canyon were full. You have to go to the restaurant for ice. The restaurant didn't open until 6:00pm. The pool was closed. It looked it hadn't been used for years, but it's still on the web site. They apparently just remodeled. It look nice, a rustic look. But the only...

The lobby and room in itself were nice. However, the AC did not work well and for somone from the north, that was troublesome. The pillows wer flat and were needing to be replaced and the same goes for the sheets. It is close to the Grand Canyon and cheaper than many hotels in the area, but I will probably...

Stayed there for it's close proximity to the Grand Canyon and paid premium rate on a Thursday with very little occupancy. The pool and Jacuzzi were in disrepair. The room was old and run down and the TV was absolutely abysmal! Would never recommend to anyone. So many other hotels to choose from. Live and learn. Wi-Fi was too weak...

Overpriced dump, stayed across the street, dirty dusty room with barely enough space to walk around the 2 lumpy beds. Little flies pouring in from the gaps in the flithy Windows and under the completely insecure door. Dark bathroom. I use better days to wash my car than the linens in this hotel. The grounds were strewn with garbage, broken...

I have never submitted a negative review, until now... We booked this online in advance since most rooms at the Grand Canyon were already booked (except the really expensive ones). We arrived late (around closing time). The Motel is down the highway a very short distance. We had to go back to the office to get someone to come unlock...

Our family stay was decent. They gave us a few extra towels at check in. The staff seemed nice. The restaurant was good. The room was larger than expected and the mattresses were better than most I have been at. Housekeeping forgot soap and body wash a couple of night and took towels and only left too leaving us without...

We had the worst stay of our entire two week trip here at the Grand Canyon Inn. First of all, staff is rude. We had five people on our trip and the room was supposedly for 5 ... what a joke! These beds were horribly uncomfortable and barely fit one person comfortably. The restaurant was super expensive. So we decided...

Comfortable queen sized bed in a room so small it has to be pushed against a wall, TV has limited channels and all are a bit fuzzy, slow wifi, bathroom ok. All this at a similar price to a luxury hotel in Las Vegas.

Very close to the Grand Canyon you can find this nice motel to spend the night! Big and clean rooms.. big beds! Spend some money for a great breakfast! The cost is good with the right booking! Enjoy your trip

We stayed at the Grand Canyon Inn on Christmas night because it was close to where my parents are. We arrived late at night and the nice clean room with updated tile and carpet were a welcome sight as we shuffled in out of the snow. Our heater and fridge were both in good working order. The shower also worked...
