The room was fine, and had all the facilities that we wanted. The coffee supplied for the coffee machine did not taste like coffee. The restaurant was bleak and not very welcoming and involved a walk in the rain to get to it. The food was OK. The gift shop next to the hotel was fun to visit.

My husband and I stayed here last year for a couple of days during our Route 66 road trip. This place was perfect for us, as it was very close to Grand Canyon - and we wanted to get there for the sunrise. Rooms were quite large and very clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant serves good breakfast. we had...

Room 222 infested with bed bugs. Management acts like they don't have an issue, so don't expect to see it resolved anytime soon. They were very friendly and welcoming initially, so don't let that cloud of smoke fool you.

I could not find this place via Trip Advisor, actually booked through Expedia $150 for 2 nights endmof October. We only needed a room, shower, coffee but got a large room, tv, fridge, shower/bath, plenty of storage space etc. We had been in Arizona a week and heading from Phoenix to Tucson and back up to the Grand Canyon. Everywhere...

Clean, ok. Stayed in annex across the road, lower level. As stated in other reviews, if your neighbors upstairs are early risers, you will be to...Entrance door does have a large gap that "things" could crawl under and cuddle with you. (Or hitchhike in your luggage) Next time we will book earlier, pay a little more, stay closer to the...

We stayed in the motel for a night because we it was the closest to the Grand Canyon we could find. Look up the address and directions ahead of time - we had no cell service to check email or call them, although if you know the name it's easy to see right off the main road going through Williams....

We stayed at this Motel because it was the only place available near the Grand Canyon. The room had an old room odor. The beds had old mattresses and were very low. The air conditioning was noise and turned off during the night. The Motel was overpriced.

Really nice little Motel, a 20 minute drive to Grand Canyon National Park, it is done in a South-western theme, the room was large with 2 Queen size beds, nice and clean too. There were coffee making facilities in the room. No breakfast included, but there is a restaurant attached to the facility. We had a good breakfast there, with...

1) The temperature of the shower in room 228 went from warm to scalding hot with no notice or reason. This caused a scald to my forearm. 2) I rang reception to inform them. I wasn't asked if I was ok or if I needed any first aid. 3) Upon check out I provided a written statement of the incident...
