We were on our way from Vegas to the grand Canyon, and this was our chosen stop en route, as Williams bills itself as 'The gateway to the Grand Canyon' even though it is 60 miles away. Plenty of free parking. Nice welcome at the front desk, with directions offered towards closest place for a beer. Strange smell at this... More

Had to make a quick trip to Williams and other hotels sold out. Adequate ,nothing fancy , but front desk folks very nice. Feels like a $49 room. Minimal breakfast. Just not a $100 room. This is a tourist town on I 40 and hotels are overpriced.

Very old but maintained well. Clean and comfortable. Prices were way too high for the quality of the location. Not handicap accessible. Two story without an elevator. Getting luggage to the room was difficult. No assistance offered

Needed a last minute place to stay. When we arrived a man was looking in one of the hotel room windows. Told the clerk but didn't seem to want to hear about it. Room wasn't real clean. Beds not comfortable. When I told the clerk I would like to look at the room he got snotty and said too late... More

Overall, the place was clean and we slept well. However, the place has a used, out-of-date feel. The proprietor that greeted us had an accusatory attitude. First, he said we had only one reservation when we had two. Then he said we had the wrong credit card which we did not. Then, in the room, the AC did not work... More

Beds are so soft and beat that I had to pull all the bedding off and slept on the floor. Only 2 plastic cups per room. Does have microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast is very weak. Hotel may be most reasonably priced, so if that is your driving force so be it.

My room was nice and clean, linen and towels clean, micro/fridge, no coffee maker, toiletries in bathroom, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, free wifi and free parking. Overall room was clean and nothing looked dirty. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Got a good nights rest. Has a limited continental breakfast. There is a McDonalds and Mobil gas Station... This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants & shops in town. My sister, my son, & i spent the night before we rode the train to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, & the breakfast was delicious!

Old, outdated, dirty..... No one is ever at the front desk. They said they had trailer parking, only had one spot. Breakfast was pathetic and no in-room coffee. The room floors made my toddlers feet black, the towels were stained and the whole place was barely clean. Our blanket had cuts in it. I could probably keep going but you... More
