This place is very old, not nice old, bad old. We had two bugs crawl across our bed when we pulled back the covers. We had already killed two in bathroom. My son, in the room next door had two spiders in his bed! Beds were on floor, no frame, wall sockets didn't work, couldn't wait to leave.

This was the first motel on our trip around national parks and as we arrived in the evening the first impression was quite desperate. The room looked cheap and depressed but the bathroom was OK and there was also coffee machine with complimetary coffee. And WIFI was working perfectly! Breakfast is served on the first floor above the reception. It's... More

The breakfast was excellent and the bed comfortable but that is all. The place is dirty, the TV was old and channel selection was extremely sub par. No fridge, microwave or even iron. The parking lot sucks. You have to get ice from the desk clerk as that is the only ice machine. You had to be very careful with... More

We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was better then some "Continental" I've had. We had to switch rooms when the AC died after 2 days. Got a 1 leg ironing board. TV only had snow channels. No safety lock other then the regular door knob. No fridge, microwave or coffee pot but they did provide when I asked but the... More

This hotel and "conference center" has seen better days. The rooms we (two families) stayed in smelled musty and were not very clean, the breakfast seemed like an afterthought, and the room was really overpriced. Even though the staff was nice and helpful, the greatest of smiles could not change the fact that this hotel has seen better days and... More

We made a stop in Williams so we could visit the Grand Canyon. This hotel was a disappointment in that it had not been updated in many years. It still had old CRT type TVs in the room, the walls needed paint, the parking lot needs paving... The front desk clerk was flustered and had difficulty with my reservation as... More

This place was horrible. Was advertised on Expedia as "Resort and Conference Center" with very nice photos....But I bet there hasn't been a conference there in 20 years!!! The keys didn't work 9e-cards) because the computer was out, the hard key backup didn't work when we tried to get back in at 9:30, the bed was creepy we slept on... More

This is a very outdated and disgusting hotel. My girlfriend found a spider on the bed. There was a roll of toilet paper stuck between the headboard and the wall, in plain sight - how well was the room cleaned if the cleaning lady couldn't see a roll of toilet paper? It made me wonder if the sheets were even... More
