We had paid $200 a night, our bill was about $1,400. They did NOT have a free breakfast. You had to pay roughly $11 per person for breakfast, plus the laundry room was not in the hotel. You had to be shuttled over to the camping area to do your laundry. If you wanted to swim you couldn't unless you... More

Enjoyed the indoor pool. The local restaurants were nice and quant. Loved the location to the train station, made it easy to travel to the Grand Canyon. The employees were friendly and on top of everything, they even had the correct answers to our questions.

Having stayed at the hotel 15+ years earlier, I was pleasantly surprised to see that whole property had been renovated/expanded and the rooms updated. The room was clean and well appointed with flat screen TV and Keurig machine. AC worked well. Beds were soft but comfortable. Check-in at about 5:30 pm took about 10 minutes as there was a line... Stayed for one night, rooms were nice, clean and quite. The hotel is close to downtown, walking distance. Would stay again. If you are taking the train, the depot is steps away. Makes it easy to take the train to the Grand Canyon. Very family friendly hotel.

After a lot of searching, my family and I chose this hotel. It is the largest hotel in WIllams and seems to have the most ammenities. It is centrally located and easy to find. If you are taking the train to Grand Canyon then it is, of course, doubly convenient. Our room was very clean and well kept. The showers were... More

I have no idea what we paid for this hotel because we bought it in a package for 2 adults and 3 children. We paid $1,640.00 for 2 nights in this hotel, 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts in this hotel, the train to and from the Grand Canyon, lodging for 2 nights in the GC, a South Rim tour of... More

We were booked into the Grand Canyon motel and on the train to the Canyon. We arrived and it was a little confusing as to where the main lobby was and not being an American I was really not too sure where I could park to unload our stuff. The room we had or should I say suite, the Phantom... More

We booked our trip to the Grand Canyon though this hotel and we were not disappointed! We booked the "Value" rooms at the hotel and were very pleased with our accommodations. We booked the hotel and Grand Canyon tour for two couples and did so by telephone. The package we booked included two breakfasts, two dinners, two nights, train ride... More

Went there to be closer to the Grand Canyon and to see a bit of Williams. The convenience of the hotel is great if your are taking the train, this is the place to be!!! The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous with giving assistance in keeping our medication at an adequate temperature, went out of... More
