An unbelievable vacation destination. The hotel, the cowboy shootout and the train trip to the Grand Canyon was way to much fun! Great time for the family. BUT, be careful with little children at the Canyon. Remember that the Canyon is a huge hole in the ground with little protection for little inquisitive minds and bodies.

Stayed two nights at the hotel while taking train trip to Grand Canyon. Facility is well maintained with interesting decor. Our room appeared to have been remodeled recently with very nice interior design. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the buffet dinners....food was well below the standard of the rest of the hotel.

We spent our Xmas exploring the winter Grand Canyon. It was beautiful, we stayed in this hotel and it was so cosy. The train from here took us to Grand Canyon as part of our package. We enjoyed watching the kids in the evening going to the Santa's grotto....beautiful. I will definitely recommend this experience. Starting from this hotel up...

I expected more value from this hotel than I received. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, the Wi-Fi for Internet connectivity is woefully inadequate. Half the time I couldn't log on, and the rest of the time there would intermittent Wi-Fi failures, dropping me out of whatever I was working on. Very frustrating. There was...

We stayed at this hotel as part of the Grand Canyon Railway package. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very nice. The lobby has a lodge feel to it. The staff were friendly. We had a renovated room which exceeded expectations; comfortable beds, tiled bathroom, great smelling toiletries, soft bedding. There are several other...

What a fine package. Stayed at GC Railway Hotel first night, where the king bed was comfortable, dinner included at the Depot cafe (on premises). Next morn after a 15 minute wild west show we took the train to the Grand Canyon. The 2.5 hr first class ride included a light buffet, non alcoholic drinks and cash bar. Entertainment included...

Rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. Ate at the bar which had good service and the food was nice! I liked the indoor pool area thats open from 7AM-11PM with a heated pool and a mineral water jacuzzi. FYI - you have to go outside for a couple seconds to get into the indoor pool area so if its...

The hotel is average with some nicer suites. Most people will just stay in a basic room that is about the same as you would get at a Best Western. The beds were comfy, and we did have a fridge in the room. The room could have used a little TLC, but nothing that would have made me not stay...

The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel is in Williams. A well located town, just off I 40 which is well situated for visitors who want to either drive to the Grand Canyon - about 1 hour, or take the train - just over 2 hours. Straddling the famous Route 66 which is heavily promoted in the local gift shops, Williams has...

Hotel is nice and comfy. Everyone is friendly. Check out the cowboy show and take the train to the canyon. They have a great deal that includes most of your meals and coupons for nearby stores. They even give you $20 towards your gift shop purchase!
