This hotel is terrific. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Amenities in room were terrific. Shower and bath were very clean. Pool area and grounds were wonderful (a little too crowded but that is to be expected). There is a laundry next door at the RV park guests can use as... More

Stayed for two nights and spent one day on the rail trip to the canyon - which was certainly a relaxing way to get there (although not enough time to really explore if you want to do a decent walk and eat something without rushing about). The hotel is a functional kind of place, decent sized rooms albeit a bit... More

My husband son and I stayed here for one night before boarding the train to the Grand Canyon. Check - in was smooth, efficient and friendly. We were issued withiur train tickets and baggage tags etc. Our room was on ground level spacious and well furnished. We had a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room and they have... More

The hotel is clean but the rooms are a bit worn. I felt it was very expensive and if we go back to the area, we will stay at the Holiday Inn Express which is next door. The hotel does a short cowboy skit and then we left for a 2 and 1/4 hour train ride to the Grand Canyon.... More

In Sept 2014 my wife Debbie and I flew from BDL,CT to Phoenix Skyharbor for a week's vac.Not best start for that trip our checked luggage was never put on the flight from EWR,NJ to Arizona, but that did not stop us from a good vacation. After staying in a near by hotel that first night,we drove north to Flagstaff,Az. then... More

We stayed here primarily for the experience for our kids -- package included 2 nights at the hotel, roundtrip train rides to/from the Grand Canyon, and dinner and breakfast for both days of our stay. While the exterior of the hotel was rather plain (I was expecting something that a bit more rustic, something consistent with the history/heritage of the... More

I booked this hotel as part of the package for our trip to the Grand Canyon. This hotel is probably the most upscale accommodation in the beautiful, historical town of Williams, Arizona. We got a deluxe suite with a beautiful granite bathroom. The bed and pillows felt very luxurious and comfy. I have a good night's sleep. The train station... More

I went with my husband and my daughter to see the Grand Canyon. We bought a 3 days package which includes the train to the Grand Canyon. The room was very big and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food was great. We enjoy very much our vacations. I definitely recommend it!

We spent two nights at the Grand Canyon Railway hotel. We stayed in a room with two double beds and added a roll awaybed for the third child. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful when checking in. The room was nice and clean. However, on the second night, we went to the pool and both the... More

We booked the two night hotel stay including 2 daily meals, a railway tour to Grand Canyon and a bus tour of the Canyon (Discovery Package). We chose 2 deluxe rooms separated by a door for two couples and they were great (however, very limited cable TV choices). The rooms were comfortable and were located real near their dining room...
