Very clean RV Park with many amenities for the kids and families. Loved staying in Williams, AZ and driving to the Grand Canyon National Park. Of course, it goes without saying that the Grand Canyon is gorgeous. Our favorite part of the park was Desert View. Many places to stop, take photographs, etc. Williams, AZ had a fun atmosphere and... More

This 'resort' type hotel is located close to what little there is in Williams. Don't know how old the hotel is itself but it has been well updated. The biggest drawback was the noise. There is absolutely nothing in the walls to keep you from hearing every little thing the neighbors do. Besides that the train went by at 0530... More

The hotel was great. Clean clean clean! The lobby was really nice, big fireplace and cozy. Staff was so very friendly. Nice size room with a frig, micro and coffee. I loved the shampoo and body wash they furnished. Great bar in the hotel with an old clock from France and the bar itself was beautiful. Didn't eat there but... More

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very busy establishment with many coach parties etc. Slow porterage. Friendly, but rather slow service in bar, which was heaving. Food in bar was good, but there's no restaurant on site. Convenient location for bars, cafes etc of town and Grand Canyon railway.

We stayed at the Railway Hotel as part of our Grand Canyon Railroad package into the Canyon. The hotel lobby is very nice with an old rustic theme. Don’t expect the theme to carry over to the rooms. The hotel is basically a 200 room Hampton Inn which is fine for what it is. First night no issues. On our... More

Beautiful lobby with open fire. Rooms are large and comfortable. This hotel has an indoor pool. You can't get breakfast but they have coffee in room. We ate in Spencer's bar in the hotel as we had been travelling all day. The food was very good and reasonably priced. At time of writing the hotel was very busy but staff... More

Recommend the deluxe room, which have been recently updated. New furnishings, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The only downside was disappointed no in-room safes, as well only one nightstand between the two beds. Which is an issue for anyone sleeping on the other side. Else hotel location and property is nice. Rooms can be challenging to find and can be quite... More

We stayed two nights at the hotel with a package that included meals and a train trip to the Grand Canyon. The rooms were nice and staff was nice. Only complaint was the difficulty in using the internet. It was very slow and we were told that when they are full they have slow internet. The restaurant served a buffet... More

Lobby was old style, with character. Great indoor heated pool. Good service. Charges reasonable. Down side is no breakfast, but close to good restaurants. Great place to stay for tourists/ travellers on the Grand Canyon express

The staff here was really wonderful, especially the lady at check in. I didn't get her name but she has a British accent and she is a real asset to the hotel. There are two reasons we will not be going back to the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. The first is the proximity to the train tracks. The first night... More
