Our family of 5 stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom suite. It was a great experience. The room we had was recently renovated. The suite offered 2 separate rooms and a bathroom. It was a great set up for a family. The beds were a bit on the soft side. We paid extra for a roll away and there...

We spent two nights at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel and it was great. Busy when we checked in but the lady that helped us was very pleasant and helpful. Our room had recently been refurbished and what a fantastic job they did. The bathroom was my favorite as you can see from the pictures.

I made my reservation online (two nights Friday and Saturday) and used my AAA card. I also made reservations for the train to the Grand Canyon (same company as hotel) and you can book as a package deal but I elected to book separately because, if you book the package it includes dinner and breakfast, and I wanted the flexibility...

We stayed two nights and rode the train to the Grand Canyon during the day. This really is the best way to see the Canyon if you just want a quick look-see without doing a lot of hiking. Train ride is slow but pleasant. We took a bus tour once we got to the Canyon which took us to three...

Good double-bedded room provided for part of an escorted tour, for an overnight stay only. Only downside is that you have to go to breakfast in a different building, which is a bit of a pain. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

Nice newer hotel with clean rooms and an excellent buffet too. I have to eat gluten free and they had many options and everything was clearly marked. We bought a package with the Grand Canyon Railway and they have everything so organized it works like clockwork. Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

We recently visited Arizona and purchased a package through the Grand Canyon Railway. I was very impressed with how organized this place was. There was a line when we checked in but not a long wait as there were at least 5 people working behind the check- in counter. Alicia checked us in and I must compliment her patience and...

Easy hotel to find and situated very close to the town so great to walk in to at night for food and right on top of the railway station for the train. Plenty of parking but most of it will not be that close to the hotel. The hotel car park was almost full on arrival and every day we...
