We arrived at the resort late at night for a 10 day stay, bungalows instantly give a relaxed vibe and all staff were super friendly. As it was a surf trip we got plenty of waves with many surf spots around for different conditions. We were kept very well fed and occupied with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy!... More

I spent a week at Waidroka with my wife and two sons, 13 and 16. Everyone loved it. The boys and I got PADI certified with Warren, who was a terrific dive instructor, and we did two fabulous dives at Seven Sisters and Three Nuns (which both are pinnacles with soft and hard coral and loads of sea life). We... More

Prior to arriving at this resort our group had just spent 1 week on a Live a Board in the Solomon’s so it was going to be near to impossible to beat that diving. Taking in that perspective the diving here was very good. We did do the Shark dive and our dive Master Elsa was delightful and she had... More

Came here for another week of surfing after a week on Namotu, and so glad I did. The breaks out in front, a five minute boat ride away, Pipes and Serua, are very good short waves. And the Waidroka boat out to Frigates, about 40 minutes... well, we got Frigates double head high and pure glass... blew my mind. Not... More

Wow! We stayed at this resort for six nights last week and we had a really special time there. Sue, Lloyd, Illy, Ely, Sharni, Judy, Lucy, Shell and Warren were the loveliest bunch of people EVER. The resort attracts great guests as well, we made new friends every day :) They made our stay easy, always accommodating to what what... More

Unfortunately my husband and I had a very bad experience at Waidroka Bay Resort. We had chosen this place on some very good reviews and were extremely surprised at the experience that we ended up having. To begin with the resort is located quite a distance along a dirt road so that you are very far from any other amenities,... More

Just spent a week at Waidroka diving and went on the shark dive which was fricken awesome. The resort is super chilled out, setup for surfers and divers and Sue and Lloyd who run it are fantastic. Thanks to Judy and Illy, the beautiful local ladies who took the best care of me and Waz and Chelle who are hands... More

Spent 11 days at Waidroka Bay Resort with my wife and found leaving incredibly difficult... All the staff were so friendly and went beyond what anyone could expect to make us and every other guest feel welcome and have everything the guests needed taken care off. The food was perfect and never left us feeling like we hadn't had enough.... More

We had an amazing time staying at Waidroka and scuba diving. Warren and Chelle are the new dive masters and they are great! Super knowledgable, safe and fun! All the staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice and well taken care of. Food is also great! What makes this resort really fun is that it's... More

We stayed at Waidroka Resort the 1st week in June, it was a dive trip. The resort is comfortable and clean, the food is excellent, ordered off the menu for breakfast & lunch, dinner menu was different every night, always had plenty to eat and the desserts were great. Bottled water was always available, there is a little fridge in... More
