Extremely rude staff. Nothing pleasing about this RV park at all. Advertising is false! I can't rate a zero or I would. In early June we made reservations for two nights for two sites - one 50 amp and one 30 amp. Arrived and found out they relocated the 50 amp to a 30 amp to make room for a...

Considering this campsite is in such an amazing place it is terrible. They obviously know they have a captive market because of the amount of visitors visiting the Grand Canyon and wanting to stay nearby so don't bother making an effort. You have to pay $2 to use the showers because of water conservation which I have no probems with...

My wife and I do 5 - 6 thousand mile loop trips that cover 5 - 6 weeks just about annually. None of the experiences we've had thus far could prepare us for the miserable experience and deplorable condition of this property. The only thing we've experienced worse is the property's snarly, uncaring attitude of the front desk personnel -...

The park is made without any sense of love and style and in a very poor condition (amenities, sites, campground). The grill has no cooking grate and was plenty of rubbish. The worst site we have ever seen! Keep away from it. The staff is very unfriendly, the WiFi doesn't work at all sites. It might be better to travel...

This RV park is a total let down no grass and all rock. The lady at the office was less then friendly, what weeds there wore where not mowed, and over all the park looked dirty. Ow one other thing to mention I was told stay off the grass. Right.

This workmanlike RV campground is the closest outside of the actual Grand Canyon park. What it lacks in quaintness and views, it makes up for in simple accessibility. The free Purple Shuttle (Summer-season only, I believe), picks up and drops off about 500 yards from the RV park. that in and of itself gives this place high marks when you...

Nothing fancy, but clean and friendly people. They were even able to accommodate us for an extra night. The RV sites are a tight fit. Not the best place to be in the summer because of lack of shade, but in September is ok. Only thing missing is cable connections, and charge you out the wazoo for ice.

This customer service is terrible, no, make that horrible. The showers are pay showers and ate $4 to which I was not reimbursed. This wifi is from the pit of hell. We couldn't have been more excited to leave. Learn from our mistakes, don't even think about this site.

The first bad campground experience in the us. Unfriendly staff, dirty and not maintained washrooms and toilets. Nearly no shade and no service at all. Total ripoff compared to the other campgrounds we found. People only come if all other campgrounds in the area are full and that is why guests 'have to' stay there.

If I could choose zero star I would, but the one star is for location only. The front lady was rude and swore at us when we choose a different site. She seem to have a hard time making eye contact. Then the dog start barking and growling at us. I had to bite my tongue and not say anything...
