Unique lobby with hunting theme and fireplace with comfortable sitting area. Rooms are comfortable, with safety deposit box, comfortable beds, free WIFI, Keurig with complementary coffee, small refrigerator in the room. Recently renovated rooms. Small indoor pool and jacuzzi. Room tip: do NOT stay on the first floor close to the pool because it is very noisy. It may be...

A nice hotel just outside of the Grand Canyon. We stayed for two nights. The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast buffet was good but opened later than I would like. The pub was ok, mostly as the service was not great. The hotel staff overall very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and includes a coffee machine...

It's the nicest hotel in a vacation town. The location is great. You're just a few miles south of the park. Room was nice and clean. Only gripes are that the internet is painfully slow and the breakfast buffet is lousy.

The room was super....clean, comfortable, affordable when booked through Hotels.com There was a bus stop where we could board a bus that took us right to the Grand Canyon ( we had our senior park passes already.). Lobby and overall amenities at the hotel was great. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel, and although not cheap, it was...

We stayed at The Gran Hotel 2 weeks ago. We had stayed at several hotels already on this trip. This hotel is about as close as you can get to the Park. It was new and very clean. All of the staff was very nice and the room was quite comfortable. The beds were excellent. This is not a 5...

Room was fine. Pool and hot tub were nice for 11 year old. Breakfast buffet is a good deal with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Walking distance to Pink Jeep Tour. No fee to park. Friendly staff. Gift shop inside.

Indoor hot tub, pool, snacks in reception area by the fireplace, large soaking tub in bath, keurig coffee maker, refrig and microwave...great location near the entrance for the National Park at the south rim. I could walk to the imax as it was snowing a blizzard and once the roads were plowed I was able to get to the south...

If you can find another hotel find one. Rude and uninviting staff. Accidentally booked the wrong dates but the hotel wouldn't change them and kept the total payment for two rooms. Daylight robbery. Could not recommend this hotel.

I would have given this property stellar reviews except for the front desk clerk that greeted us upon arrival. Cedric had to be the rudest man I have ever encountered and should not be working with the public, his manner was offensive, dismissive and we felt we were an inconvenience to him. The unfortunate thing is there is not much...

Expected a normal run of the mill hotel. What we found was a hotel that really provides just about everything a weary traveler going to or coming from a day at the Canyon needs. No need to ask for much as the room is well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels etc. This hotel appears to be...
