Don't leave the car for check in with your luggage, there is a great chance your room is in another building. Very nice construction at the main building. Rooms are very good, strong lightening, many mirrors, only no space to open the luggages. Very good breakfest, with fresh fruits.

This is a very nice upscale Best Western. The breakfast area is noisy but ample choices of food. We really liked the box lunches taht were available to take with us for a day at the Grand Canyon. It was akward to walk from the separate building to the main building for breakfast as it was very cold during our...

We booked the deluxe room and asked for a roll-away - found it in the room when we arrived at midnight. Room and hotel was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and a great selection was another positive surprise. Friendly staff helped us get the park entrance ticket (so we could use express lane) and...

This hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully furnished, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the additional perks--such as the breakfast--contribute to an overall wonderful experience! I highly recommend the Best Western here!

This is a very nice hotel and a great value for the money. It is located a few miles south of Grand Canyon Village on the south rim. There are a number of places to eat near the hotel making it even more desirable to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and were decorated on the higher...

I could not connect my tablet with hotel TV. I always connect my tablet with hotel TV using HDMI cable in other hotels to watch movies saved in my tablet. I dialed "0" and asked hotel employee how to connect my tablet with the hotel TV. She said very rudely that tablet could not connect with the hotel's TV. I...

Very close to the Grand Canyon gate. Big rooms, great breakfast, clean and welcoming staff. Will be back again some day. I would bring my mother...and that says allot! So stay here and enjoy the GC during the day then come back and bowl, play pool or relax in your room.

Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with this hotel especially given the general quality of the accommodation options in the area. It is dated, but everything is fairly well maintained and fairly clean. It does the job for a good night's sleep before exploring the Grand Canyons the next day.

Really enjoyed this hotel when I visited the Grand Canyon in October of 2012. Rooms have alot of room with nice features. The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel is located close to the Park and also close to places to eat. I would stay here again!

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. Super Clean!!!! It had a resort feel to it and the room and bathroom were huge! I really had no serious complaints, but two suggestions for improvement: 1. In room movies are a necessity. There is nothing to do in this area after dark. I can't figure out why Hotel Management would ignore...
