We stayed for two-nights in October 2016 and our stay was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The room was well-equipped, clean and the comfortable, as was the bathroom, although the bath plug drained poorly, meaning you were stood in ankle deep water whilst showering! Parking was free and plentiful next to our room building. The lobby area is worth...

Excellent rooms and staff was great. Restaurants had great service and the menu's contained slot of variety. The rooms were very comfortable and elegant with all the amenities you could want. The staff was very personable and helpful.

A nice place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon. The hotel is just outside of the National Park, 10 to 20 min drive to the visitor centre. Breakfast wasn’t included in our package, but we decided to have breakfast in the hotel. Have to admit, cos we on gluten free diet, that we had really good breakfast, nothing was...

Excellent service. The food there (breakfast) is tasty, with a relatively moderate variety. The omelette chefs there are very engaging and lively. There is also an indoor swimming pool which can even be used in winter. The room is quite big and the bathroom is also quite big. However, the wifi then was not really working. Overall, it's a really...

I was hesitant visiting in the winter as I was wondering if most things would be closes. This Hotel was awesome though. They have indoor bowling, an outside heated pool and indoor pool and hot tub and a some more. There are two main restaurants. There is no continental breakfast but both restaurants offer two deals. The upstairs one offers...

Great value off season, but restaurant closes at 9:00 PM as does everything in town. Just passing through, lots of things to do in hotel but not time - Canyon is 2 miles - Awesome place to go, would come back in Fall to hike and have more time to explore.

Great service and very clean hotel. Indoor and outdoor hot tub and pools, very close to Grand Canyon Village. Couple really good restaurants near by. Breakfast buffet for $12.50 was a little too much for my liking, but what ya gonna do? We went in off season and the temperature was perfect for hiking. Not to mention super reasonable rates

We spend two nights in this hotel. Beds are good, service is fast and food is great. But we were placed in the single storey building. The room had a heater that was very noisy. When we turned it off at night, the room became very cold. If you have a choice, stay in the main building.
