This place isn't horrible but bad enough that I give it a D+. The first experience in my room was lighting so bad that I had to go to the store and buy bulbs. There is no desk but only a small round table and two wood chairs (not terribly comfortable). No lamp on the table and only one outlet... More

This hotel is ideal for a visit to the grand canyon (its a 5-10 min drive from grand canyon village). Its clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Has a nice indoor pool and a good free breakfast of bacon, eggs, cereal etc. I have stayed here a number of times and I really cant fault it. And its a... More

We booked the king-room the night before and had no problems with getting a room. The hotel appeared to be quite full on the night we stayed (Nov. 9, 2011) so I think reservations are a good idea. When we booked, we asked for as quiet a room as possible and were pleased when we found that we had been... More

Average hotel, pleasant staff, convenient location, good breakfast included. No problems except the internet did not work at all on Nov 7&8 & barely worked on the 9th. Poor slow connection, constantly disconnecting when 'working'. Along with all the usual requirements, having an internet connection a must on our travels, so we'd check more carefully next time in the Grand Canyon... More

My original preference was for a hotel inside the Grand Canyon Village. However those places are very limited, and get sold out months in advance. I started looking about 3 months before my scheduled June 2011 trip. I was not interested in camping or those ultra-modest log cabins, I needed a nice comfortable bed to sleep in, a bathroom and... We stayed here 2 nights, arriving around 8 p.m. after a long drive from Vegas. It was dark when we arrived and we were really tired and just wanting to get settled in and comfortable. We were given a King-Bed "mini-suite" in the Suites Tower. The room has definitely seen better days and was looking pretty worn. We paid 25,000... More

Let me say that there is one reason and one reason only to pay $200 a night for this hotel - The Grand Canyon! And for it's proximity, comfort and cleanliness, I say it's worth every penny. I spent one night in October before staying another night inside the park, and I actually wished I had just stayed at this... More

we turned up late and in the dark. Welcome was very good. Rooms spacious and clean. Swimming pool was very good though the towels were small. Free wifi which was a bonus. Breakfast was surprisingly good not what I was expecting, on the whole it was a good place to stop over.

We originally booked to stay here for 4 nights but cancelled after the first night. The hotel was clean enough but the rooms showed their age and it could do with a bit of renovating. The road outside the hotel was undergoing some major road works so had to access everything by car. The Internet connect (advertised as high speed)... More
