Stayed 2 nights to visit the Grand Canyon. Convenient and close to the park. Hotel was very full, busy, hard to find parking but the convenience outweighs those issues. Breakfast was very crowded, hard to find a table, very chaotic. Internet connection is spotty.

About 10 minutes from the southern Park gate, the location is good. The hotel itself gave us mixed feelings --- staff very nice; breakfast good; Wi-Fi good; bed very comfortable. The building itself and the rooms could use a refresh. Bathroom was very small. Décor was dated. Parking limited. A few restaurants within walking distance. We only stayed one night;...

Two night family stay to visit the Grand Canyon. The staff are great - at the front desk and especially the ladies looking after breakfast in the morning. We had a family suite- a king sized room for my husband and I, a room with big bunk beds for our two children, plus a seating area, kitchenette and bathroom. On...

Pros: very clean, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was good. Cons: we had trouble finding a parking spot. Each time we left we had to literally wait for a spot when we returned. I think there was a team staying on a Sunday night. Kids running down the halls, doors slamming until 2 am. I didn't bother reporting it to...

This place was clean and comfortable. They had a great hot breakfast each morning with lots of choices. Fresh coffee and lemon water was always available. It is in a perfect location as it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the Grand Canyon visitor center. Here you can catch a shuttle to get to the GC National Park....

My brother and I recently stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. We were overall very happy with our stay. We loved the free breakfast in the morning. The Spanish lady who worked every morning was very friendly and hard working. We enjoyed seeing her every day. Breakfast gets crowded so be sure to get there early. Only complaint about...

Our room was immaculate, sheets smelled very faintly of bleach (love that), great location in a town very close to Grand Canyon. Room had fridge, microwave and keurig. Plastic cups (ick, but typical). Free breakfast was really great, but breakfast room was really packed. Although they had two areas with food, both had poor flow and the plastic ware was...

While the location was great, the pool and breakfast area are too small for all of the guests. The beds are very well used and the walls thin, resulting in a poor nights rest. Service at the front desk was good but the breakfast team had trouble keeping up.
