We landed here and were fine and dandy for a night. It's clean, there is wi-fi and the beds are ok. At this level you seldom get real pillows, and it's sometimes comical to see what passes for a pillow! My problem was the bathroom, which was very narrow with a high step to enter... uncomfortable enough to swap hotels.... More

Location on the main street is very convenient. Rooms w/ private bathroom are very basic, but good value for what they charge. the only issue is that the showers are electric and the cables are all over the place, seems a bit dangerous. Wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms, but that seems to be the standard in Central America. The... More

I don't know why the lonely planet book recommend that hotel. We went there trusting the guide but we had a small, dark room not so clean. Upstair rooms may worth it but definitly not those on the ground floor.

The room was private and on the ground floor, so without the view, of the ones upstairs of the lake, but without the stairs to climb was good for me. They were negotiable and gave me a very good price, but don't forget to negotiate the price. Modern room with good fixtures and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The only issue I... More

Friendly family run hotel. Lent knives and plates when preparing lunch for hikes. Rooms medium sized could do with a shelf to free up floor space. Great location with free water. Spent three nights atitlan is amazing

The owner is so nice and full of happiness. He's very calm and clearly wants you to get the best part of San Pedro. The place is not so big but you get your own room with shower for less than most hostel dorms. I hired a private guide to hike the San Pedro volcano and the Indian Nose and... More

Cozy rooms right by the docks and all of San Pedro's amenities. Good prices and nice views, especially from the rooftop patio. Staff aren't super attentive, but they're very friendly if you can find them. Our room was very bright and noisy in the mornings, but I guess you can't blame the hotel for the early sunrise and for the... More

Stayed at this property for two nights. Good value overall. It is definitely one of the best choices for anybody needs some "Zen" time during their Lake Atitlan getaway. Room: 100Q per night. Personally I think it's a very good deal here in town. Room is clean and hot water runs all day. Amenities include clean sheet, towel, soap and... More

Very very basic room. lumpy bed awful pillows, a shower with lukewarm at best showers, the water trickles out and if you try to remove some of the calcium the electric heater shocks you.. Hotel staff is friend but rarely around the front desk but they have a few young children crying, screaming and playing all day all night. Wifi... More
