We connect to rent for a weekend as it was our daughter's 11th birthday. They were super helpful, kind, attentive and professional. We were greeted at the main beach and taken to the beautiful bungalow in a quite place surrounded by nature. The room was decorated with lots of balloons and our noughter was amazed with homacks hanging on a beautiful deck. O and the beautiful kittens they had roaming around!!! Everything was perfect. Cannot say more about meticulously maintained property and personal attention they give to every visitor. Well done, I am already looking forward to come again

The kindness you showed us during our stay with you was legendary. I have shared the story far and wide. Close to missing our flight from Tamarindo area because our taxi driver overslept we did not have time to go to bank before we left as planned. There are no banks near Drake. We landed in Montverde with pocket change. Johnny managed to arrange transport for Kierstyn and I to their incredible Hotel. We ate their wonderful food for a week explored the jungle and the waters around Corcovado Park, went on monkey sighting walks and night wildlife walks and saw plenty of wildlife just sitting on the veranda of our lodge. We began wonderful friendships with the other guests as we shared a communal table each meal. It was the highlight of our trip. Their resort is the place I imagine Tarzan or Robinson Crusoe building, if they knew how to plumb. Their hosting was life changing. We have paid it forward and will continue to share the spirit they showed us during our stay.

You absolutely need a 4x4 to drive there, and a sense of adventure to cross river beds during the dry season. Both the owners are great cooks and very amiable. Go for snorkeling and visiting the park. The beach is not that great. Great place to rest for a few days if you need quiet and love watching birds.

Spacious terrain and great views make able observation of toucans and macaws right from the hammocks in front of bungalows. The place is within the walking distance (10 minutes) from Bahia Drake but stays tranquil with an mpression of being sorrounded by nature. Hotel provides covenient transport to the tours and is very helpful in arranging the tours. We experienced great hospitability and very good organization. The cuisine is delicious indeed. Bungalows are spacious, modern design and functional.

What a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived everything was just perfect. Our “semi detached” bungalow was very simply but tastefully decorated, had everything we needed and a superb balcony overlooking the forest. The gardens were beautiful and the communal terrace a great place to chill and watch wildlife. We decided to try the dinner on the first night. The food was excellent and it was lovely to sit down with the other guests and share our tales of the day’s activities. We ate there on all three nights of our stay and were not disappointed. Johnny, the manager was a really lovely guy. Was always there for help and advice. The best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Thank you.
