The villa has it all:
Luxury: Beautiful villa with great amenities such as a beautiful infinity pool, fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, and a competent communicative and friendly concierge.
Style: Everything is modern and stylish, beautifully decorated inside, satellite AND Apple TV, granite countertops in the kitchen, floor to ceiling windows with stunning views, fine linens and towels, gorgeous gardens.
Amenities: Washer dryer, dishwasher, good wifi, concierge to book tours and get you a rental car or taxi, kitchen and bbq grill, housekeeping,
Ecology: Recycling bins, eco friendly toilets,
Privacy: we saw no one the entire time except the service folks, the views of the villa are stunning and there is not one man made structure in view, just gardens, mountains and ocean.
This is the way to have a family vacation in Costa Rica, not running from resort to resort or from town to town, just set up in one gorgeous place and let Oscar take care of the details. Incredible stay.
p.s. for the details Oscar booked us a rental car delivered to the property, whale watching , snorkeling, Zip lining and National park touring trips. He was friendly, never hassled, and always prompt to respond with any inquiry.

Paradise Breezes has many beautiful villas to choose from. Villa Pacifica exceeded our expectations!! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! The pool was so refreshing and we loved seeing wildlife. We had a wonderful time in Dominical!

To say Villa Exotica exceeded expectations would be an understatement. First time to Costa Rica and our stay was amazing! Sunset ocean views from the infinity pool were extraordinary, jungle sounds set the backdrop to the many exotic birds and other jungle wildlife that occasionally visit. Very secure and maintained, just minutes from the shops at Dominical. Our days were full and Villa Exotica was not only luxurious, but provided easy access to everything Costa Rica has to offer...everything from excursions to restaurants. FANTASTIC...so much to do and so little time! Beyond the beautiful beaches, highly recommend the horseback tour and swimming at Nauyaca Waterfalls and the ATV tour at Manuel Antonio Puntarenas. The nearby food and restaurants were fantastic...highly recommend dining at Por Que No...try timing this as the tide comes...fantastic waterworks as the waves crash against the rocks on the shore. Also recommend Citrus, Jolly Roger, Happy Lobster. Will be going back soon and Villa Exotica at Paradise Breezes will be our choice!

The house and property are very nice, well equipped, clean and with all the comforts that you would need to have a nice holiday.
The only negative aspect of our stay was in relation with the concierge service, it was lacking in providing information and the attitude of the concierge left something to be desired.

My wife and I went on an amazing trip to Costa Rica over Christmas 2014 with some of my extended family. We occupied two of the villas at Paradise Breezes (we were in Cristal). It was truly heaven. The pictures on the site really do it justice. We are in agreement that this is the best trip we have ever taken individually or as a couple. I've travelled a fair bit through Asia, Canada, and the Caribbean, and nothing compares.

Emanuel, the property manager, was particularly helpful arranging our itinerary and making sure everything went very smoothly from pickup at the San Jose airport to the various activities we took part in.

My general advice:
- get a driver from San Jose to Dominical (Emanuel can do this)
- have a rental car arranged for drop-off and pick up at the villa,
- eat like a local (beans, pork, rice, chicken, fruit)
- use the ziplining company that Emanuel recommends
- the horseback riding trip to the Nauyaca Falls that he arranged was very good as well (my wife's favorite day)

My group of 10 stayed at the Paradise Breezes Buena Vista. The outside of the property was well maintained and the altitude gives a great view of the ocean. The pool is easily visible from the kitchen area. We saw toucans and lizards at the house, but no monkeys or sloths like some other properties. Dominical is about 30-40 minutes drive from any of the major activities so a car is a must. I had heard a lot of concerns about car rental but through the concierge Emanuel, our service from Toyota Rent a Car was quite professional and the cars were in excellent condition. The zip line tour from Mid-World was amazing and quite safe even for our 4 year old. The zip line tour guides at Mid-World were top notch. The downhill horseback riding at Baru Waterfalls was a little rough on our littlest but the gorgeous waterfall made it all worthwhile, the guides were very nice and one of the wives made us several amazing meals. Our inland fishing trip with Big Eye Charters was so-so, the fisherman was friendly enough but we did not catch more than one fish and the first mate did a hack job on the fillets. Christian Jiminez and his assistant were fantastic in house chef(s) and well worth the price. We spent $250 for a 1 mile long wildlife tour for our group at Manuel Antonio. The guide was very skilled and we saw animals we would have certainly missed the rest of our trip.
There are a few drawbacks to this rental. The kitchen was not at all stocked for our group: one wine glass, just a few cups, 8 plates, and cheap dollar store kitchen utensils. I felt bad watching our professional chef use garbage tools to prepare our food. We routinely ended up washing dishes so that we had dishes to finish our meals. Also, I will admit we knew there were some hazards for small children in advance but knew we would have good supervision of the kids. The stairs have large gaps where children can absolutely fall through and one of our adults actually did have an accident from this exact issue. The railings inside and on balconies are a deathtrap waiting to happen, we had to watch our children like hawks and left the balcony doors locked the entire visit. Bottom line, this is probably not a great place for children under age 6 unless they have constant supervision. We had several water and electric outages which was frustrating to say the least for a party our size. They were mostly resolved in a few hours. The alarm system is functional but there is no way to turn off the living room alarm even in the “stay” function, so you have to be standing of the stairs to activate. The beep to let you know it is on will wake up the whole house and perhaps some neighbors too.
Emanuel was helpful but I would insist to have maps provided for activities. There are not street names in Costa Rica and subtle but important dirt roads to beaches and activities can be missed easily. Without a map with reference points, you can and will get lost. In summary the people of costa rica are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, with some great sites and fantastic cuisine. I am sure we will be back some day.

Villa Buena Vista was a beautiful 4 bedroom home with all the amenities. Beautiful view of the ocean. Home was very well maintained. Emanuel was fantastic. He called us and arranged all the trips we had wanted to do, was a very caring individual, wanting to do the best he could for us. Chef Wilbur and his assistant were great. Couldn't have asked for a better chef. They worked with all our allergies and had a great sense of humor and were very hospitable. I gave it a 4 star due to the driveway, it was very difficult to go down the hill, therefore, you had to turn the car around which took some time, the air conditioner was not working in one bedroom and the dryer was not working. Emanuel did have housekeeping do our laundry. A fantastic time was had by all until we were robbed while we were sleeping. The robbers came thru the laundry room window, right next to where my twins were sleeping, took all our belongings, except what was able to fit in the vault in your room and went out the front door. Communication was not the best between Emanuel and Esteban Ulloa. In the book that explains everything about the home, it states when you leave the home turn the alarm on. It also states in the book that when you are in the house, there is no alarm. After we got robbed between the hours of 12 midnight and 5 a.m., Esteban came over and said "why didn't you put the alarm on when you were sleeping? I put the alarm in myself. Esteban never communicated to Emanuel that he put an alarm in. In addition, since the main level has a beautiful view, anyone at night can look in. All charges were on a desk in that main room, so anyone can see what you have/don't have. Thanksgiving we gave thanks that our children were not killed/abducted and none of us were injured. The manager of the place had spoke to the owner and wanted us to make a deal to get a "free week" in exchange of writing a good review about Villa Buena Vista. As much as that week sounded good, I was not about to give free advertising to them and lie about what happened, it goes against my principals.

We visited Paradise Breezes with our grown children and their spouses and enjoyed another wonderful vacation. Villa Pacifica was our homebase this time. It offered amenities galore from the infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the hot tub where you could watch hummingbirds gather. The villa was wonderful but as always but it is the service that really sets Paradise Breezes apart. We were met at the airport for the drive, when we arrived at the villa the concierge, Carlos greeted us at the car with umbrellas to handle the afternoon shower and before we knew it our bags were in the bedrooms and we were enjoying a glass of wine. Whenever we decided we wanted to do something, Carlos was quick to make arrangements for us or to offer advice on the area. There is an incredible sand beach less than a mile away and we had it all to ourselves every time we visited. The restaurants in town and the area offer everything from casual beachfront lunches at Tortilla Flats to elegant dining at Cuna del Angel (the pesto gnocchi is a must try). We can't wait to return.

In December I joined several close friends to make my 4th visit to the always exciting and beautiful Costa Rica. This time we chose Domincal and one of the villas at Brisas del Paraiso just a few kilometers from Dominical.
The homes are literally brand new and offer fantastic amenities, wonderful architecture, incredible gardens and landscaping and sweeping views of the magnificent and blue Pacific.
The 2 Master suites upstairs are especially wonderful and well appointed, and the 2 guest bedrooms downstairs are large and very comfortable.
The property mangager, Rick, with the incredible smile and ready willingness to help us with reservations for anything made our visit especially memorable.
He secured a great cook who prepared several exceptional meals, found a great massuer who appear at the house precisely on time, and made reservations to go horseback riding to Cuyenga Falls, a must for everyone no matter your experience with horses.
We all enjoyed the shared moments and opportunity to strengthen our friendships in such an intimate and romantic setting.

Great house, large bedrooms with private bathrooms, kitchen well equiped, very clean and perfectly maintained
But the gem is the patio with the pool and the beautiful ocean and sunset views
Paradise breezes is secluded but close to many good restaurants (langosta feliz, Fuego brewery, pizzeria La Fogata Uvita), beach (Dominical for surfing or Linda for longs walks) and attractions (Villas Alturas animals)
Thanks to Oscar, general manager, who was very kind and helpful
Easy to travel by car, even from SanJose
It was our forth time in Costa Rica, second in Dominical region that we prefer for the tropical atmosphere and this house was by far the niciest we rented
