I stayed here one night with friends and unfortunately it was not very comfortable. Slept on an old rollaway bed because the 2 bed room we asked for was not available (Wyatt Earp days). There are also maintenance concerns since the motel is for sale...More
The staff is very nice and very accommodating! We stayed for six nights here on our vacation and was very pleased! Anything we needed day or night, all we had to do was call the office and within a few minutes they had it at...More
The hotel is for sale and clearly needs new owners. The check in is smooth, not very friendly but quick. The rooms are very old, not the cleanest and not the best beds. The TV is ancient, small and has very few channels. The location...More
We paid well above the $49.95 advertised on the sign entering town. We killed two cockroaches and left before more appeared. The mattress was old and worn. My wife would not walk barefoot on the carpet. The soap provided was in bottles. The desk clerk seemed...More
Although old motel, we found it well kept. It has great location for easy, safe walk to most active street. Attendants plenty friendly and helpful, especially Barry. Room was clean and there was sufficient, convenient parking.

Your family stayed with us for two days, upon checking out of the motel nothing was said about any problems with anything. Two days later your Daughter calls and says she was bitten hundreds of times by bed bugs in her room. Anyone who is bitten so many times would at the very least say something at the time it happened. She claims that the room was infested with bugs. After the first night she would have been bitten yet alone staying the second night then leaving and saying nothing to the front desk person.
Bed Bugs when they bite leave a trail of blood on the sheets, little spots of blood are all over the sheets. When the maids cleaned that room after she left nothing was spotted on the sheets or anywhere in the room to indicate any bugs were present, hundreds of bites would have left many spots on the sheets and surely she would have said something at the time.
After she called we checked the room for any signs of bugs and found nothing to indicate a problem. We are a family owned business and value our clients very much. I believe her saying something had bitten her but it didn't happen in that room at that time.
She has stayed with us prior and we didn't want her to be upset, we offered her a two night stay, FREE of charge the next time she came to town. She said NO. We are sorry she had a problem and the offer still stands.
Judging from the other comments on this page everyone has something to say whether right or wrong people become experts when it come to bugs and what to do. No matter what we say or do it will never be right. We have been in business for 15 years and this keeps going on.
