Easy on and off the freeway. right off of McDowell which runs east and west from one side of the Phoenix area to the other. the rooms were comfortable, decent size. the beds were inviting. Fairly quiet at night.

This seems like the place were gangbangers and drug users come to stay for a night or two. Rooms are filthy smell and have ciggerrete burns even in non smoking rooms in the end I decided not to stay because the place was absolutely disapointing the pictures online were very misleading. Rooms are worth more like 35$. This place was... More

Cons: Feels like an apartment building. Seems like there are some extended stay residents here. NO FREE WIFI. Tear in carpeting in our room. Tear in upholstery of furniture. Toilet clogged and would fill up with water. Front desk sent us a plunger, but this did not help at all. No alarm clock. Pros: Few.... Price. Close proximity to entertainment... More

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism your staff showed during our brief stay at your establishment last night. My boyfriend and I had paid for one night at your hotel since it was close to the concert. After the concert, around 11 pm we went into the pool area to go in the hot tub. A few minutes... More

Looks ok from the outside- at first. The front desk staff very friendly, but weird experience to be checking in while the clerk is eating dinner and multiple odd characters hanging out in the lobby. That being said, once we got to the non-smoking room, it was dingy, smelled like smoke, torn chair and carpet that looks like it has... More

Don't expect Hilton quality, for the price. It has tile floor in bathroom areas and newer bathroom appliances. Water pressure and temperature was never a problem. The televisions are old and the carpet needs to be redone, but it was a good overall stay for two 20 year olds on spring break to see a spring training game.

Came to the valley to see a baseball game, Spring training. Prices for lodging this time a year are out of sight most places. Friends stumbled on this motel and we booked right away. Our room was on the inside corridor near the pool area. Very quiet! Room were certainly descant. The carpets and chair could certainly use a good... More

I would never stay here again. This hotel was awful the bed was terrible sagged in the middle. I was afraid to sit on the chairs because of the stains. The carpet was sticky. The TV did not have a good picture. The free breakfast was donuts and coffee. I cut my trip short because of this hotel.

You get what you pay for with this one. We knew there were no amenities and we were only here one night. The stay was good and the front staff was very nice. The people hanging around weren't that great, but I never had a problem and never didn't feel safe. For the price I would recommend this hotel. If... More
