My bathtub at this facility was broken on the bottom. It was patched with a big while patch that was glued on. When I stepped on the bottom of the tub, the bottom of the tub which was full of others bath and shower water sloshed up through the patch and into the tub. How filthy the water was I can't describe.
I have stayed there before and it was okay--you do get what you pay for. I stay there because I travel with a large dog. The last time I stayed, the room did not look like it was really cleaned nor cleaned with care. It seems like its gone down hill a bit (and at other locations). This is the best one to stay at in the Phoenix area---STAY AWAY from the one off I-17.
Stunk. Will never go to this hotel again. Was told that the manager could not be contacted until Monday. They placed us in the back of the hotel and there were people around the hotel drinking and making noise. I felt very unsafe.
Very Poor Experience - The area was questionable, the rooms were unclean with trash & towels left from previous people from the room, carpet was horrible to the point where I wouldn't walk on it without shoes, etc etc
I traveled to Phoenix for an outpatient medical exam. My appointment was at 7am, but the results weren’t available until after 1pm. Since I’d come from out of town, I was asked to wait around for the results, in case exam needed repeating. I asked if I could check out 1 hour later, and I’d be willing to pay extra. Nope. If I wanted to stay any time after check out, I’d have to pay for another night. With COVID-19 at dangerous levels in Phoenix, I wasn’t comfortable hanging out in a store someplace. The scan was on my spine, so standing or walking around wasn’t advisable anyway. It was June and the outside temp was 115°. The front desk said no late check outs were allowed due to COVID, as they had limited rooms and staff. I had no other choice than to pay for an additional night. I would’ve understood, but when I left around 1:30pm, the cleaning staff had just begun cleaning the room next to mine. Why couldn’t they just put my room to be cleaned last? I seriously doubt their cleaning procedures either. My room had a dirty towel hanging when I checked in! Security is a joke. Someone who appeared to be homeless was spread out in the courtyard until late. Loud banging on doors at all hours. In addition, only about 2/3 of my TV screen was visible. When I told staff about the TV and dirty towel, they said they’d ‘let someone know.’ Bad experience all around.…
