A clean well maintained lodge with friendly people. Our group stayed here on the way to Supai. Good food at the café. I really liked the unique style of nacho's and the local stew. All of our group enjoyed our stay. I heard some of the other guests complained of the trains that passed by throughout the night, but it...

I gave my card to reserve 3 nights and told that although I would be immediately charged for 1 night, that I could cancel for a full refund at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. I tried calling 3 weeks prior to arrival and got the 'run around' more so than I'd ever experienced with any hotel. The first person...

The Havasu Lodge is located in the village of Supai, about an 8 mile hike from the Haualapai Hilltop. I tried to get a reservation for camping but they were full through November of the year I wanted to go, but I scored a room at the lodge. I found the best time to contact them for a reservation was...

This was a dream come true after trying for almost 4 years and planning for 1.5 years to get a sot in the lodge. The Destination of Supai falls - A Mystic land with enchantment of the "Blue Green" people. The Supai's are very friendly, humble and very kind people. The lodge is very comfortable of a 3 star comfort...

Havasupai Lodge was a challenge to book a room with, They are old school where as you have to call ( maybe 100x) before you get in contact with anyone. When you do get ahold of someone and get you name on the board, you do not get a confirmation number. They mail out a confirmation letter when they charge...

I am going to write my review in steps as I go through the process of reserving and staying at Havasupai lodge. I was able to call and get through twice yesterday August 15 at 9am and 4pm Mountain time the very first time I called. I reserved two nights in June. The woman on the other end answered all...

Family of 3, spent 2 nights here. Very basic room, but clean, hot shower and AC. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Wifi was surprisingly ok and they provide extra towels at the front desk to take to the falls. The store was convenient for some nice cold drinks. Restaurant was not bad, we ordered Supai Tacos =...

The day before our hike in we stayed at The Grand Canyon Caverns Inn---basic place and it was close to the trailhead. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. We ended up going to the Hualapai Lodge down the road for dinner though because the dinner menu looked better. That Lodge has a train running every 20...

My family of 4 stayed here in June 2016 for 2 nights while hiking down to Havasu & Mooney Falls. The rooms are pretty basic but they have A/C, hot water and clean rooms. When you are in Supai, you can't expect much more. We didn't want to drag tents along with us so this little lodge was perfect for...

Im going to be completely honest here. Yes the hotel is good if you can't get camping but the village itself you know they hate tourists. Not to mention the little kids who i would have never thought were trying to steal stuff out of my back pack. The hotel was clean but it looked like someone kicked in the...
