Our daughter happened upon a video of the Havasu Falls and wanted to add it as a stop on our Illinois to California road trip. As a research guru, I read through all the Trip Advisor reviews and scoped out the National Park website. Thankfully I did, so that we did not go into this blind and drive 1,200 miles...

This was our only option for a place to stay while visiting in late December. We did actually see some people camping, but I'm not that adventurous in the Winter. I called them for weeks before I got anyone on the phone. They don't answer the phone often. You have to call a lot! I found 9am Eastern Time to...

Update to my original reservation made in August! I just received confirmation by mail for only 1 of the 2 nights I booked at Havasupai Lodge for June 2017. My credit card was charged the $40 for one night. I sent a letter and have been calling (no answer, maybe because of the holidays) because I had originally booked two...

Basic accommodations: bed, bathroom, and toiletries. No TV and radio. Bathroom walls were peeling. After a long, grueling, and hot hike, it was heaven to be able to shower, sleep in a soft bed and enjoy the cold A/C. Front desk lady was indifferent as is everyone else in Supai. You pay for the hiking permit at check in. You...

A clean well maintained lodge with friendly people. Our group stayed here on the way to Supai. Good food at the café. I really liked the unique style of nacho's and the local stew. All of our group enjoyed our stay. I heard some of the other guests complained of the trains that passed by throughout the night, but it...

I gave my card to reserve 3 nights and told that although I would be immediately charged for 1 night, that I could cancel for a full refund at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. I tried calling 3 weeks prior to arrival and got the 'run around' more so than I'd ever experienced with any hotel. The first person...

The Havasu Lodge is located in the village of Supai, about an 8 mile hike from the Haualapai Hilltop. I tried to get a reservation for camping but they were full through November of the year I wanted to go, but I scored a room at the lodge. I found the best time to contact them for a reservation was...

This was a dream come true after trying for almost 4 years and planning for 1.5 years to get a sot in the lodge. The Destination of Supai falls - A Mystic land with enchantment of the "Blue Green" people. The Supai's are very friendly, humble and very kind people. The lodge is very comfortable of a 3 star comfort...

Havasupai Lodge was a challenge to book a room with, They are old school where as you have to call ( maybe 100x) before you get in contact with anyone. When you do get ahold of someone and get you name on the board, you do not get a confirmation number. They mail out a confirmation letter when they charge...

I am going to write my review in steps as I go through the process of reserving and staying at Havasupai lodge. I was able to call and get through twice yesterday August 15 at 9am and 4pm Mountain time the very first time I called. I reserved two nights in June. The woman on the other end answered all...
