My family and I moved to Sierra Vista for my husband's work. We just happened to stop at SS and couldn't have been happier. This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. With amazing decorated courtyards and hallways in a spanish colonial style. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. And the staff has by far the best customer service skills I have EVER seen. All in all best stay we have had.

We had stayed here in 2016 so it seemed a good bet as we were in this area again. The staff on the front desk were friendly as they were last time and the room nice and clean. The motel is build as a series of courtyards similar to the Sabino Canyon Comfort Suites in Tucson with a pool area which gave it a pleasant feel. There are some eating options within walking distance. The Mexican next door was ok for food but watch the drink prices. A better option for a beer is the short walk to the Bone Dry Tap House which was a great find. As was the case three years ago the breakfast was very good and served on real plates with metal cutlery. Nearby there is a Coronado Cave which is worth a visit and details can be found at the visitor centre where there are some good hikes. Will certainly stay here again if in the area.

You know how sometimes you might be a little hesitant to stay in an unfamiliar place? We were, especially after reading some of the other reviews, but we were only staying 1 night and was very affordable, so we took a chance. The property is well maintained, check in was easy and the room was lovely. There was definitely an odor upon entering the room, but we didn't find it unpleasant and we soon stopped noticing it. We did have an issues with the TV remote, but it was not insurmountable. We made use of the robe provided in the room to use the outdoor hot tub at the pool. It was lovely and warm and felt great after a day of hiking. I only wish it hadn't started raining. Breakfast in the morning was so much more than we expected; hot, tasty and a nice variety. We all said we want to find another reason to stay here again.

Our family stumbled upon this location from an online search as part of a spring break trek through southern Arizona. What a gem! The setting was very unique with separate buildings on the grounds, connected by walkways and immersed with gardens. The setting felt safe and secure, even while off of a main road. The rooms were simple but clean and current. The breakfast had lots of options, and great coffee. The pool was a comfortable temperature and the hot tub was also pleasant. The staff were all nice too, and all had smiles whenever we crossed paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and unique location!! It had a great atmosphere that is unique from a standard chain hotel. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place with a little extra character.

At first I thought this place was going to be a dissapointent. From the road it doesn't seem like much. Come to find that it's my new favorite place down there. I have an overnight stay every month in Sierra Vista and this is the only place I stay now. Rminds me of the charm you get from some of those older Scottsdale properties. The service has been top notch. They even have a menu to order food from if you desire. I usually leave before breakfast starts but they always have hot coffee and a breakfast bag for those early travelers. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. This place will not break your travel expense either. Give it a try. I did and now I'm hooked.
