Great customer service. The woman behind the counter during the day is a gem. We stayed 3 nights and were surprised at the generous breakfast, especially during these times. Sometimes hot dogs/nachos in the afternoon. The pool itself is clean and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi after being out all day. They are obviously are a bit short of staff, but the staff there made up for it. The first night, the hot dog bar didn't happen because no staff but the guy on duty offered to make us spaghetti LOL. We got a pizza at MOD pizza (that was NOT good). My only real complaint is the pool loungers are hard wood, low, not comfortable and many are broken. Hopefully there is a plan to replace. I would stay there again without question.

If you want to stay in a newer property- this isn’t it. BUT- even during Covid- they offered a beautiful full buffet breakfast that included hot items-such as waffles with tons of toppings, lots of baked goods (nothing gf) but I was able to eat the scrambled eggs with veggies and bacon in it and the seasoned potatoes. (Toppings like cheese and salsa where available too. Good coffee. The place seemed well maintained and although the room wasn’t perfectly clean- it was much cleaner then the last Hilton I stayed at. All staff I interacted with where friendly, helpful and accommodating. The inner courtyards are beautiful. The downside for myself- was no elevator access which left me trying to get my heavy luggage up and down the stairs and the long trek from our building to the ice machine in the lobby (only one). The rate was reasonable - especially considering the A plus breakfast offered.

Make sure to request a NON smoking room if you don’t want to have to deal with the smells. Oh and be sure to book online as it is more expensive in person. We recently stayed and booked two rooms. One with a king bed and one for my daughter and her friend with double beds. Unfortunately my daughters room stunk horribly of smoke. We opened the window and sprayed some spray and all hung out in the other room for a couple hrs waiting for it to air out. The property was actually pretty nice especially for what you pay. The breakfast was good and they did great with offering a hot breakfast as well as doing it safely. Other than the Smokey smell, the motel was pretty good. We would have mentioned it to the front desk but the check in experience wasn’t that great so we didn’t want to bother with it and otherwise liked the rooms and location.

Spent two nights here in December, and was SO impressed. This is a hotel that is doing their best to create a superior experience for their guests. If you're used to traveling first-class, this isn't that, but if you're a budget-conscious traveler, this place will impress. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and set in a lovely courtyard ambience (don't let the semi-industrial nature of the area turn you off), and with gated access everywhere. But it's the amenities that will raise eyebrows. In addition to offering a full hot breakfast spread (often rare in the time of COVID), with all sorts of safety precautions, including required masks, and a box of gloves by the serving line. M-F, from 4-6 in the afternoon, they have a hot dog bar, for free! Fresh cookies, in individual bags, are always available at the front desk, as are to-go breakfast bags for those who missed breakfast or don't have time. The pool was open, heated and clean (and there's a jacuzzi to boot), with towels provided poolside. Most importantly, the front-desk staff was always friendly, always helpful and always smiling. And all this for roughly the same price point as a far more bare-bones experience. Highly recommended.

Very secure and very clean. Excellent food at breakfast. We did not take advantage of it but they offer full meals at prices under $15. Rooms were average size. This is an older, well maintained property. The only downfall is lighting in the rooms. If you were working at the in-room work station fine but otherwise low lighting. Please note that this would not stop me from returning. Beds were comfortable and bathroom linens were high quality
