The staff are all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and clean including a comfortable couch and convenient kitchette. The breakfast bar is awesome with a large variety of food and quickly restocked by staff. My only wish is to have fresh fruit available at breakfast. And we love the popcorn in the afternoon!

This was the best stay in a hotel I have experienced. The rooms are clean and food is served Monday -Thursday weekly . Rooms are super clean and staff is great ! Shannon was very helpful and treated us with kindness. Best hotel in Sierra Vista, AZ!

Extremely clean, comfortable beds and rooms, great breakfast, free beer daily, rooms have a stove and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, etc. Air conditioned rooms and the pool were really helpful during the summer months!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had three nights of quiet sleep. The staff was helpful and very friendly, making sure they provided us with anything we needed. In this time of worry, we felt safe and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Honestly not the best hotel I've stayed in, but it's not like it's trying to be a five star resort. It's a clean, quiet place to stay that delivers much more than I expected for the low price. Housekeeping was imperfect, but regular, unlike some other hotels I've stayed in lately. The hotel hallways did have a funny odor — either the carpets or some cleaning product they use — but it didn't extend into my room. I'm sure the staff has grown accustomed to it and doesn't notice it anymore. Wifi was fine. The location was convenient. Breakfast was conveniently early (5:30 AM) on weekdays though not at the level of a hotel with a full service restaurant. The biggest plus was a full kitchenette in each room including an actual freezer, not just a mini-fridge, and a microwave, coffee maker, and stove. This was massively helpful, and a true bargain compared to some chains that charge more than twice as much for a similar room. I'd stay here again.…

We chose this hotel while on the road through Arizona. When we got ready to sleep, we found blood on the bottom sheet of the bed. The person at the desk corrected the situation by having us change rooms, but that meant packing up and moving at 11 PM. The second room was fine, but we will stay elsewhere when we return to the area.

We stayed at this hotel because of all the 5 star reviews. Our stay lasted 17 days, so I think we have some idea of what this hotel is like. When we arrived to check in, the first problem we had was that they couldn’t find our reservation. I had to show them the email to prove we had one, and then the clerk needed the manager’s help to find it. Not good after a long day driving. The hotel is clean and there is free food, so those were good things. We liked our room, which was like a studio apartment with a full size fridge and a 2 burner stove. Unfortunately that’s where our joy ended. The bed was terrible. It sagged in the middle and had zero support, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. No I don’t have back issues, but I did with this bed. The internet was non existent. If it hadn’t been for unlimited data on our phones, we would have had no internet at all. The hotel was full and I guess their router is just not big enough. Anyway, to me personally, a comfortable bed and access to wifi are perhaps two out of the three most important components of a hotel stay. The third component is cleanliness, and they did have that, hence the 3 stars. However, we will not be staying there ever again when we come back into town. I truly wonder about all those great reviews. Surely our room was not the only one with a bad bed and no internet. Does make you wonder. …

We greated with warm welcome . our room was super clean , no bad smell . room was fully equipped with all the kitchen utensil. we enjoy manger's evening Happy hours with free beer , wine and light meal. staff is excellent they treat like family members. Manager Mr. Justin is so nice to us. we will come again and stay at Garden place suite when ever we will visit Sierra Vista.

With so many chain hotels in Sierra Vista why would you want to stay here? Let me tell you, this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in quite a while. Love the social hour and the complimentary light dinner including beer or wine. The rooms were clean, large and had a great kitchenette. For business travel, this had every amenity needed to relax after a long day and the staff were amazing. I honestly can’t wait to visit again.

My son booked the hotel for us so I didn’t do any research on it myself and didn’t know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised when we arrived around dinner time, they actually have a little buffet! I’ve never seen that before-usually it’s breakfast but dinner, that was a huge surprise. The room also was a surprise as it had a full kitchen and full-size refrigerator and dishes as well as all the other normal motel/hotel amenities. Very quiet, great beds, shower and tv. The air conditioning is basically the blower type, attached to the wall under the window, which loudly ran all night. Not unusual but annoying. The breakfast also was standard fare, with some hot offerings (eggs and waffles) but sticking with yogurt and the fresh fruit they served too. Cereal, coffee, toast etc. Nice pool area, clean and spacious lobby. Two elevators that work and very attentive, friendly staff. If we come back for a visit I would not hesitate for a moment about staying here again. …
