We have three very different buildings on the grounds. Hibiscus House is home to the Café and our four original guest rooms: The Turner, Magnolia and Hibiscus rooms upstairs and the pet friendly Art Deco downstairs. The Woodpecker Cottage is just across the courtyard. Bert’s Barn, built in 1904, has 5 guest rooms. Downstairs, we have the Big Easy, which is designed to accommodate our wheelchair-using patrons, the Funky Bird which is pet friendly and the Old Florida. Upstairs, sharing a full kitchen are the Tropical Bird and Romance Rooms. Well situated to rent together. Hibiscus Flats is where you'll find the office and our one bedroom luxury suites, Flats Two, Three and Four. Each has a full bedroom and comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TV, private balcony, king-size bed and fold out sofa-bed. All 3 Flats are kid friendly and Flat Two is pet friendly.

We booked the Hibiscus for two nights as a base for our brief panhandle tour. Kitchen was closed for reno and clearly off season so all was quite sleepy. Nevertheless, the owners arranged for guests to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant that was more than sufficient. Hibiscus

If you are tired of the same old motel décor, this is the place for you. Hibiscus is filled with antiques from Florida and all of them fit in with the motif. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice to sit outdoors in beautifully kept gardens.

Quiet location close to the beach and short bike ride to Seaside and more. I loved the old Florida decor. It fed my mid-century passion. Nice front porch for our room and the back patio area was private.

Hi, I was wondering how far this cute place is from the beach? Thank you!
We are about a mile. Our road actually dead ends at the sand, and its about a 13 minute walk :)
