Great experience me and my boys had. Chef made a vegetarian dish, which was not on dinner menu. We went to eat right after swimming, front desk held our wet clothes while we had a dinner. Thank you from Mehta Family.
This place was great. some construction but no problems for my stay. Very quite setting with close access to all sites in Sedona. We did not have a chance to try the Restaurant and too hot for tennis. Enjoyable stay.
nice relaxing experience, beautiful property, close to and yet away from downtown; staff consistently friendly from check in through dining and spa experiences, close to both elegant dining and mom and pop restaurants off property, quiet, ideal for morning coffee on the balcony
The resort was in the middle of renovations. There were things that were finished but they wouldn’t use until opening weekend. $20 for an omelette with one item in it. $13 for one mixed drink. No microwave in the room. The view was very nice.
We've been coming here for 15 years and this was the worst experiece. We will NOT be returning. Zero amenities available, uncomfortable beds, too small toilet. What was once a reasonable "resort" has deteriorated into an overpriced motel.
A beautiful place to stay. I had an issue with the AC in my room. The staff was very supportive and tried to assist. After being unable to resolve the AC issue, they moved me to another room. Everything worked out well even with the time lost to repack my things and move
Overall not a great experience. Lots of opportunities with staff accountability and communication. Resort is under construction but cost for the inconvenience. Dangerous pool and spa, sharp and hurt everyone in our party. Room had horrible oder. Just bot great.
NIce place to stay. A little away from the noise of the city which I loved. Room was spacious and clean. Good size pool with jacuzzi. It would be nice to extend the hours of the laundry room. It is inside the building where the front desk is, so it is only available from like 8am to 5pm, so if you are not just staying at the hotel and enjoying the amenities of the hotel, but you are driving around the Sedona area, the trails, the heritage sites, etc, you basically have to sacrifice half a day to get your laundry done, which is something one can get done late at night after a full day out.
I came for the weekend and had the most wonderful time. The room was perfect it had a wonderful big jacuzzi right there in the room. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I brought my two dogs and was in the dog friendly rooms outside of the room was perfect for the animals. Huge green lawn area it was beautiful as well as an area for dogs to do there buisness. The staff was amazing and accommodating. They have a text service you just text them and they help you with anything and everything. Answered all my questions and even offered to bring me a microwave right to my room if I needed it. I will be returning again and again. Absolutely loved it. Very close to all the shops right there in Sedona and plenty of restaurants that are amazing within 2 miles from the resort.
When in Sedona ,stay at Poco Diablo ,great place ,clean ,spacious rooms , beautiful landscape and surroundings, good food. Great staff . Reasonable rates. In addition , it is also great for destination weddings, patio is big and conference rooms are big enough for parties
