This resort's goal is to gouge the customer. With bogus resort fees (for parking, spotty WIFI, and two bottles of water (that maybe they paid a quarter for)) and taxes upon taxes, the room fee skyrockets to astronomical levels. Should you have a pup that's traveling with you, that will be $30 a day more. Their greediness is astounding.

This was our second year in a row staying here. Our first time we were in the upgraded room with a fireplace & Jacuzzi- it was lovely. I was afraid that the "standard king room" might be a bit small; IT WAS NOT! Very roomy with a nice view & THE MOST comfy bed!! The staff, especially William, the concierge, (a bubbling fountain of knowledge who can answer any question you may have) are all so very welcoming & eager to accommodate. The onsite restaurant has quality & delicious food. The service is outstanding, especially Joseph at the bar. The view is beautiful, as well. The resort is centrally located for anything from hiking to shopping to dining out- but I would recommend eating onsite, at least once. There are many amenities as well. I cannot say enough about this place. I LOVE IT!!

Unfortunately I booked this hotel this weekend. The photos online do not reflect this Resort. It’s really a motel and it’s on its last leg. It’s falling apart. I was very excited to book a resort and relaxing weekend. I looked around but this one seemed to be great. When we arrived it was a dated hotel, spread out like apartments. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. However, when we got to our room it was just filthy. I couldn’t even take off our shoes. It was stained all over our carpets. It was dusty and the carpets were so filthy our socks were BLACK within minutes. I tired to push past this as we were tired and it was 5-6pm. We decided to go to the pool after dinner. We spend $100 on their TCs bar. The only reason we didn’t complain about the food is the waiter was very kind. The food was ok and the prime rib was 50% fat… At the pool My daughter cut her foot on the pool plaster because it’s non-existent and course. The hot tub had COCKROACHES in it and I couldn’t find anyone to clean it. Not to mention all the debris in the pool and hot tub. I spent most of my time cleaning the pool. When we got back and showered there was black substance in our tub and our tub working drain. We were just so exhausted and to think of a plumber keeping us up even longer with a 3 year old was insane. So I decided to let them know our experience the next day… I was met with “we’ll let you cancel this night but will not refund anything for Sunday”. I told them we did not have a great experience at all and the photos reflective were not at all what this dilapidated place is. I was quite appalled at this place, to top it off. There were two dead flies in our coffee maker and our WiFi we paid for never worked. The managers excuse, “you didn’t let me fix it” - I couldn’t get anyone for the pool - There’s not reason for the rooms to be filthy when you know someone is supposed to stay there especially for $300+ - The stained filthy carpet wouldn’t have magically gotten clean - They are going to renovate them soon the manger says. How did this help me? Save yourself your health, money, and sanity. We had a horrible experience and it was so unfortunate we cut our trip short and left back home. I’ll be searching out luggage for bedbugs tonight.

Nice hotel but don’t stay in a lower room with guests above you because you can hear every footstep they make. We loved the small 9 hole golf course. It was fun for us since we rarely golf, probably really easy for someone who golfs often.

This is a property in need of major updating. The room air conditioners are from the 50’s and sound like jet engines. You can’t hear the TV if the AC is on. With all the AC’s on in every room the place sounds like a runway. The pool and hot tub were cloudy and crusted with brown scum, and amenities such as towels, cold water, cups, etc were in short supply and gone by noon everyday. Very understaffed too. Not particularly friendly staff. Nestled among trees in a green belt just outside of Sedona proper, there were no views of surrounding landscape, just a mini golf course if you were lucky enough to get a room facing outside. Our room faced the vending machines. Very disappointed in the way this property was advertised.
