Our multigeneration family had a truly enchanted vacation. There were activities for all ages so we were never bored. Our adult daughters and sons in law enjoyed an incredible guided hike with breathtaking vistas. While they were hiking, their kids were having fun at the Enchantment camp. And my husband and I enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the site. Our meals were impeccably served and delicious. The Thanksgiving buffet we attended at noon was fabulous with huge variety of salads, entrees and desserts. Free golf cart service makes getting to and from any destination makes things even easier if needed. And the 100° pool is utterly relaxing. Enchantment is a year round resort destination and we look forward to seeing it in another season.

For real, Enchantment??? SO overpriced, inedible, overbooked and understaffed. We were really looking forward to a family Thanksgiving dinner. We booked Thanksgiving dinner expecting a nice buffet meal. But along with ~40 of our new (and very angry) friends, when we showed up we were sent down to a nasty convention hall where we were told there was a huge backup in seating people. The few staff on hand were stressed out (some were actually crying, no lie). The families next to us had been waiting over an hour and everyone was on edge trying to figure out if they'd ever be seated or if they should just bail and try to find an open fast food restaurant. People were furious (management could have mitigated this somewhat by offering some drinks - even cheap wine! - but no). When we were finally seated, with kids about ready to gnaw their arms off, we were greeted by a nearly empty buffet, empty platters of turkey down to the scraps. What food was left was hardly edible. $95 per person, PLUS automatic gratuity (for a buffet). Got home still hungry - now eating cheese and crackers - and very, very disappointed.

I was well cared for during my stay at Enchantment Resort. I arrived at the resort with a severe case of influenza and did not leave the bed the entire time. The in- room dining staff took excellent care to bring me nourishing food quickly. I have been to the resort before and was sad I could not visit the gift shop or spa. The resort is an amazing place to stay!!

We were there attending a wedding weekend. The property is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Everyone and I mean everyone is friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed walking around the property, having cocktails and enjoyed our breakfast. We look forward to returning and taking advantage of the many amenities available.

First of all, the location is 5 stars. Legit 5 stars. It’s beautiful. Sedona really lives up to its billing, and this may be the most impressive spot in Sedona which is saying something. I traveled with my wife and two children (5 and 1) and we really enjoyed the stay. A few reasons for the 4 stars and not 5. The place is really expensive. Both to stay as well as to eat, do activities etc. I knew this going in, so wasn’t concerned but be aware of that. Restaurants s are good however, with good food and service. The rooms are nice, but not up to the standard for what you pay (again, I was fine with this due to the location and scenery). The trail house is really cool. We didn’t use the spa, but looked nice facility was very nice. The biggest thing for the 4 stars was the main pool was undergoing renovations. The hotel didn’t tell me this. I found out a week ahead of time from other reviews. Other guests had similar experiences. When I brought this up with the staff at the front, nothing was offered. In my opinion, this pool is the main draw, especially with kids. There are two other pools, but both are small, and one was dirty and not up to standard. In my opinion, the resort fee should have been waived if the pool was closed (active construction at the time of stay). Totally get that the facilities need upgrading. But communication on this point was subpar. Still, we had a great time and I think we’ll be back eventually, hopefully to enjoy the pool this time around!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Rooms are great, the restaurants are very good and the staff are helpful and friendly. The Market Place is the biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen!. An individual bag of chips is $12!! To put that into perspective, you can buy a beautiful Peter Millar Shirt in the gift shop for the price of 6 1/2 bags of chips!! 4 individual bags of chips, 2 sodas, 2 deli salads, 1 cup of fruit, a cup of coffee and a lower end Chardonnay was $230!!!!! You could have a great burger and fries in their restaurant for the cost of 2 bags of chips!!!! It’s inexcusable that management sets this pricing!

This place is breathtakingly beautiful. The price is breathtakingly horrible. $700 a night to hear your neighbors, as if they were in your room with you?? Yes, my facial was great- however the sticker shock of $560 - made me age more than before. The grounds are beautiful- and manicured. The employees are very nice and make the place amazing. Overall- if you have money to burn, this place is for you.

Be prepared to experience a wonderful location with red rocks surrounding the facility. The trails are great, and the ambiance is exquisite but be prepared, that it is a bit pricey. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Kudos to them! The restaurants leave a lot to be desired. They are expensive with a menu most of the guests were disappointed in. How I know this, is because most people ordered comfort food rather than the eclectic choices. That was the $27 hamburger. Or the breakfast for two was $70+ This they need to change but the overall experience compensated for this short coming. I highly recommend this resort.
