let's be clear. room services and spa. that's it. the only thing that i didn't enjoy is what is the nicest part of this place. it's too far away from everything! the restaurant there is mediocre. just overpriced and wait is too long. the staff pretends to care but they are in rush to serve the next customer. overall, the...

Enchantment is everything a resort should be. It's a gorgeous property set in the most beautiful area I know. The customer service is phenomenal and I feel like such a valued guest every time I visit. I live in the Phoenix area and take guests there every time someone visits from out of state and they are always blown away.

The resort fit our needs, but might not be for everyone. We had a girls weekend, where we went out in our rental car every morning, hiked in stunning scenery, then had lunch in town, checked out the touristy shops, returned to the resort and hit the pool for R&R and margaritas! There wasn't much going on in the evening,...

Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, food and spa. I've been to Canyon Ranch for several thousand dollars more than The Enchantment, and didn't get anything better for it. The people who work there are all in a good mood (and you will be, too, in Sedona, it's so beautiful) and they can not do enough for you.

The resort is beautifully located on the outskirts of Sedona nestled between red rocks. The rooms are nice and appropriately priced for their respective amenities and age. The staff was attentive throughout the resort. The pool is ample size and overlooks the red rocks. There is a plenty to do in and around the resort, tennis, spa, chip and putt...

Howard Roach, the protagonist of the Fountainhead, would fall over dead in disbelief at the wasted opportunity that Enchantment Resort represents. The location is beyond fantastic, but the "resort" itself is extraordinarily poorly conceived and laid out. To me, it felt like a bunch of buildings set inside a large parking lot. How much more magical this place would be...

I want to give Enchantment a better review. I wish our stay had been all the things we had dreamed of. I would have preferred having had the kind of experience I needed. But, unfortunately, our stay did not live up to our expectations--particularly at this price point. I think if we'd been paying $350-400 per night, I could have...

We stayed here one night, with an early check-in and late check-out, so got the most out of it. The room was called a suite, though a single very large room. Very comfortable. The location of the resort is extraordinary - the beauty of Sedona is all around you - if you are a hiker - it is paradise. The...

My wife and I stayed at the Enchantment Resort in beautiful Sedona, AZ the week of May 16th for 5 fabulous nights. Our suite was exquisite with fabulous red rock canyon views all around us. The breakfast at the Mi Amo spa cafe is excellent and tasty, even with the health conscious options they provide. The pool area also has...

My wife is a frequent return guest, usually staying at Mii Amo, the spa side of the resort. this time we stayed at the Enchantment, which is now one my list of top five places I have travelled. The beauty of the canyon is beyond belief. The service is outstanding, everyone working there is polite, always asking how they can...
