Detailed Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Creek due to the well-kept rooms and the kind hospitality we received from Barbara and Cheryl. We stayed in the Oak Creek room whose door is located inside with direct access to the dining room and kitchen and though there may be a bit of noise in the morning due to its location, we were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. There are also gorgeous views of the surrounding red rocks from the dining room! Every evening, we would choose which hot breakfast and smoothie we would like the next morning from a small menu and we would wake up each morning to a delicious meal! We met Barbara first, who was the chef the first two mornings and she was very kind in showing us the different places we could visit in Sedona along with the best hiking trails. We met Cheryl on our last morning and she was wonderful as well! There were cookies and trail mix laid out in the kitchen for us to grab along with coffee, tea and water that guests can have at any time. The B&B is also close to uptown Sedona if you want to shop or dine. If you are ever in Sedona, this is a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it!

I would absolutely stay here again and recommend staying here to any friends and family. Cheryl (owner and inn keeper) and Barbara (inn keeper) were both friendly, warm, inviting, and knowledgeable about Sedona and the greater area (Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, etc). The location is just north of downtown Sedona and it within walking distance of lots restaurants and shopping. Every morning we had breakfast freshly made-to-order (that changed daily and that I chose from a menu). I got to drink delicious smoothies, have endless Coffee and Water and with each morning try a new dish from omelets to Belgian Waffles, to Blueberry Lemon pancakes, to French Toast. The room that we stayed in was updated, large (contained a king size bed) and had all of the modern amenities. The bed was made daily and the check in and check out process was a breeze (you receive your lock pad code via text and come anytime after 2pm local). Additionally, Cheryl is so tapped in to the local community that she was able to secure us reservations at hard to get in to restaurants such as Elote. If you are having trouble getting reservations to local restaurants, reach out to Cheryl, she will help you out. Also, the price per night was very affordable relative to staying at one of the local hotel chains (Marriot, Hilton, etc) or AirBnBs and the value received here is unmatched. From daily breakfasts and snacks (fresh made scones and cowboy cookies) to proximity to downtown to the insight in to activities and hikes. Definitely worth staying here. 5/5, 10/10 5 stars....you get the point.

My son and I recently stayed here for three nights in the Sunflower room which had a private entrance, bath, small patio, small refrigerator and very comfortable queen bed. It was very clean and private. Cheryl and Joe were fantastic hosts. Cheryl made the most amazing breakfasts for us which changed daily and are included in the room cost. Honestly, it was some of the best food I've ever eaten. The dining room has a beautiful view of the mountains along with complimentary drinks -- soda, tea, coffee, water, etc., and beer and wine available to purchase. Even better, she has fresh baked goods and fruit available you can grab any time of the day.
Cheryl had great advice on how to get around town, local trails and events including where to avoid the touristy crowds. The B&B is located not only a short walk from town for shopping and eating but also close to some very nice trails that aren't so busy with hikers. She had great ideas for day trips, too. (We went to the Grand Canyon.)
We felt like we made two new friends and I would definitely stay here again. You WILL NOT be disappointed by this lovely couple and beautiful B&B!

We recently spent two nights here. It was our anniversary and we really wanted it to be special, and it would have been, if only ...
First the good.
The location is very convenient, and the room that we had and the breakfast/kitchen area presented very well.
The "Innkeeper" was fantastic. She was an excellent cook, friendly hostess, and terrific source for local activity advice. A gem.
Now the bad. This facility is a converted residence which means that the interior walls that separate the habitations are not insulated. People often use the phrase "paper thin" to describe walls that provide little sound protection. From our room we could and did easily hear casual conversations from adjoining rooms at the same time with forced eavesdropping clarity and volume. TV noise, bathroom noise, bedroom noise, kitchen noise, you name it, all in surround sound. To top it off, the bedframe(s) were horribly squeaky and noisy, and certainly not conducive to a romantic getaway when combined with the paper thin walls.
It's a shame really because the property certainly has potential, but we were quite disappointed and would not return.

My wife and I had never been to Sedona before, and chose to stay at the Whispering Creek Bed and Breakfast after reading all of the positive reviews about it. I'm glad to say that the reviews were correct. I can't imagine a better place to stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable about what to do and where to go. The room we chose was large, super clean, and had everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable, and the rain shower in the bathroom was so soothing. Although Whispering Creek is in a residential neighborhood, it is only a few blocks from Uptown Sedona's business district and has a beautiful view from the porch. Breakfasts were incredible, and we were provided different gourmet snacks every afternoon.

Whispering Creek is a very nice place to spend time in uptown Sedona. Located on Jordan Ave. it has several reasonably priced rooms available. Loved the convenience to walk uptown or in the opposite direction a beautiful neighborhood built into the side of a mountain with trails leading up, up and up! Our room was small but very comfortable. It was right off the main dining and kitchen area which could be noisy from 7 to 9 in the morning. It didn’t make any difference to us because we ate and socialized during that time. There is also a sitting area with a TV and snacks off the dining area for all B & B guests but there was very little traffic when we were there. Breakfasts were a delight each day! Barbara the innkeeper and cook is a gem and has a wealth of knowledge about Sedona. She will help you map out your day and knows the trails and great places to eat. I have one complaint about the room - the carpet needs cleaned/updated. Actually I’d put laminate flooring in the room. We took off our boots but it looks like other people didn’t. I would stay there again but in another room further away from the action!

Whispering Creek exceeded our expectations. Cheryl and Joe provide excellent hospitality, delicious home cooked breakfasts, and very helpful concierge service for tours, dinner reservations, etc. The rooms meet the needs of an active schedule in Sedona including hiking, sightseeing etc. Greg and Debbie from Huntsville, AL

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Whispering Creek. Many thanks to the owner, Cheryl, who aside from being a great cook was very knowledgeable of the area and went out of her way to provide us really good “insider” tips on hikes and other things to do in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the morning homemade breakfasts were delicious. The B&B is in a quiet location and only a 10-minute walk to the uptown area with many shops and restaurants.
Again, a truly amazing place to stay in a really beautiful area of the country. Highly recommend Whispering Creek and we will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights at Whispering Creek and can say that it is wonderful. There are the breakfasts which we looked forward to trying something delicious every morning that Cheryl the owner or Barbara the innkeeper whipped up for us and the other interesting guests at our table. Breakfast was a great time to plan the day with suggestions from Cheryl and Barbara as well as the other guests. After a busy day we would come back to our very clean and comfortable room to find a special snack and one day ,as a treat for my wife who was celebrating a birthday, a very tasty tiramisu.
All in all we were pampered and you will be too if you are fortunate enough to stay at this very special B & B.

Amazing breakfast, great location, lovely innkeeper. I would highly recommend this B&B! Whispering Creek is walking distance to all of the attractions in uptown, including the Pink Jeep Tour headquarters. And the resident dogs are the sweetest.

Hello Bradway,
You are correct we are definitely not A Touch Of Sedona nor are we trying to represent our business as the former B&B. The Whispering Creek Bed &Breakfast is a new business making our own reputation everyday. It would be our pleasure to serve you if you come to the Sedona area. Also if you have a question about our business I would be happy to answer it.
