My girlfriend and I stayed in the newly released Casita house on the first weekend of November and we had a fantastic stay. The décor was warming and cozy and the views are stunning. We enjoyed having our own kitchen and a private place to retreat. The owners Kathy and Larry were very sweet and welcoming and we would recommend this getaway to anyone.

Thank you so much. You mentioned that you loved the Leesa firm bed but your girlfriend would have preferred something softer. So hopefully, we have solved this problem. We added box springs under the Leesa foam mattress and also added a 3" memory with medium softness on top. This should give the firmness you love and the give that she likes. If that doesn't do it for you, you can always schedule in our B&B where we have Sleep Number beds with pillow top and memory foam topper. This way each of you would have your own individual side to adjust very soft or very firm or something in between. Thanks so much for taking the time to write this and also tell us that she would have preferred a softer bed. Hope to see you again soon. Our best to you, Kathy and Larry

My husband and I spent 2 days and nights at this lovely B & B. The hosts, Kathy and Larry, went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From the individually selected gourmet breakfasts to the ever-present Trader Joe's chocolate or self-serve homemade ice cream sundaes, there was always some delectable treat to snack on. There were even healthy snacks, chocolate, and bottled water available in our bedroom, the Safari Room. What I especially liked about this unique B & B is that it is Kathy's and Larry's home, and we were treated as their own personal guests. The home and its interiors are lived-in and comfy, and one of the hosts seems to be always within ear-shot, when their help or guidance is needed. Then there is The View: a direct, unhindered vantage-point of Cathedral Rock. From the Safari Room's own private balcony, or the large balcony adjoining the living room, we watched the ever-changing limestone hues as the sun cast differing shadows during the day. And if we didn't want to go outside, we could sit in the Safari Room's two easy chairs, glass of wine in hand, and simply stare out the large picture window at the magnificent red rock. As far as amenities are concerned, everything you could possibly want (except for a pool) are provided. Our "Safari Room" was on the upper floor, and besides the snacks, it yielded a jacuzzi tub, a shower you can get lost in, double vanities, personal toiletries, a walk-in closet, microwave, refrigerator, safe, bathrobes, houseshoes and a flatscreen TV. A small desk nook provides a place to peruse your computer, as well as brew some in-room coffee. Oh, and eating appliances and utensils, as well as wine glasses, are also provided, in the case of an impromptu wine and cheese tasting with friends. While we were there, our hosts (at the last minute) were able to make an almost impossible dinner reservation at a popular restaurant for us, as well as a 3-hour guided driving tour with one of Sedona's best guides. Kathy and Larry are all about making their guests happy! Whether you are looking for a place to be a hub for activities in and around Sedona, or a quiet, restful retreat in which to relax and refresh, the Sedona Cathedral Rock Hideaway B & B

We went up for a romantic weekend get away. Let me just start by saying, the minute you pull up to the front of the house, you’ve already been overwhelmed with an amazing feeling. We just knew it was gonna be a great weekend. We were welcomed by the friendliest faces. Larry and Kathy are two of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet. They’re friendly, warm, welcoming and caring people. They truly go out of their way to make sure that you have the most pleasant experience. We stayed in the safari room. Everything about this room was superb. The view was so amazing,it’s hard to find words to describe it. They continued to make you feel like you’re at home the entire stay. Every morning you are served a delicious home cooked breakfast out on the back patio!(with entertainment.. Provided by Larry😁)Kathy goes far and above what you would expect to make your stay as romantic as possible...from the cheese and crackers, to the chocolate fondue and the chocolate drizzle strawberries and marshmallows..Which paired extremely well with our champagne and Jacuzzi tub that’s in your room. Although we went up as an excuse to escape from the city life I am sure there is so much more that we didn’t get to experience that we look forward to experiencing next time we go up. We highly recommend the Sedona cathedral hideaway. Whether you’re doing a romantic getaway, just looking for a place to chill and get away from the city for a while or Interested in sightseeing. This is definitely the place to go. We look forward to many more Weekends at Kathy and Larry’s!!!!!

Wife and I stayed in the Safari room. Second floor had a living, painting-like view of Cathedral Rock from a private patio. Owner is a gourmet chef (in my opinion). She had a wide variety of breakfasts to choose from (seriously like 15+ options). Room was exquisite and can compete with rooms in five star hotels. From the B&B, we took only a 10 minute leisurely stroll to Crescent Moon Picnic site where we could wade in the cool Oak Creek all the way to Buddha Beach. Temp was a bit high for labor day so we decided not to persue Cathedral Rock Trailhead. We will return one day to finish our hike for sure. Owners Larry and Kathy were extremely friendly and have 15 years experience catering to their guests.
