Just returned from a 3-night stay at the Villas and the trip was everything I'd hoped it would be Check in was a breeze. I stayed in one of the studios and it had everything I was looking for - a nicely equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a fireplace, and a comfy bed - all of which were spotlessly clean. Location is excellent - easy access to hiking trails, galleries, and restaurants - although I ate in every night of my stay. As a single female traveling, I felt very safe and secure. Although I didn't visit the pool and spa it definitely looked like a lovely spot to relax on a warm and sunny day. If you are looking for spacious accommodation in Sedona,I definitely recommend the Villas!!

The room was great! Amazing views of the mountains around us. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had all of the necessary cups, dishes, pot and pans. Sitting by the fireplace watching the sunset was wonderful. We will be back!

When I booked this trip I stated that it was my 35th wedding anniversary and I wanted something nice. The individual that took my reservation that he thought it was nice. I thought the fireplace and jetted tub would be a nice treat. However, the bathroom ceiling had mold and the ceiling dry wall was peeling. The hot water in the sink took almost 30 minutes to get hot and when I called to have this fixed the front desk person said they would send someone over but we would have to leave the room. It was 11PM and it was 30 degrees outside. There was no follow up by the management or attempt to fix the hot water in the subsequent days. At check out I had requested an adjustment of $150 that was initially approved, then was sent an email stating they would not be providing me with the refund. I understand that I did not book the Ritz Carlton, however, had the individual who took my reservation been honest and informed me the room was very basic, dated and in need of repair I would not have booked these accommodations for a milestone anniversary.

Catherine, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with a review of our resort, we truly appreciate it. Thank you for letting us know where we fell short of your expectations, we have already addressed these issues so that we can prevent them from happening again. We are sorry that you had these challenges, as a manager at the resort please know that this was a "one off" occurrence and is in no way typical of our guest experiences. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again in the near future. Martin E. - Asst. GM

Check in was easy, the room was very comfortable, large jacuzzi tub and fireplaces in the room. The room had everything we needed, from soap, dishes, utensils, and things to cook with. We had the view of the golf course. My daughter had come here in August and I happened to look it up, and looked at all the pictures, and thought that I would like to check it out, so I scheduled a visit for my husbands birthday. Great choice. i would stay here again.
