We decided to visit Sedona and chose this hotel after researching on trip advisor. I'm so glad we did! The General Manager Debra Shinn went out of her way to take care of us when our room wasn't ready at check in. These people really do care about your comfort! At the time the restaurant was not open and she suggested places within walking distance for lunch. We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back again when time allows and to try out the onsite restaurant! I highly recommend this hotel!

Really overpriced for what you get. Shower pressure isn’t great, staff was unprofessional, bed wasn’t that comfy - pillows were smushed. I would not go here again. And be aware if you book with a third party there is an additional fee.

Great location and fun stay with our doggies! We had two rooms on first floor with patios that led to dog area which made our stay very happy for our pups and us! There were so many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores. Make sure to check out the view from the airport and the hike to the vortex from there.

I feel like the communication with the staff was very poor. I think the advertisement of this Hotel does not match the customer service and the price. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in how the spa operations work in relation to the hotel, the lack of enthusiasm towards customers in general, and the lack of hotel accommodations for what you pay for. I think the hotel guests should get priority first when it comes to the spa and then the general public. It needs to be explained up front when talking to guests during the booking conversation/s that the customer needs to call ahead of time and schedule what they would like. Or, change the way the spa operations work altogether. If, the spa is part of the hotel, then, make sure the staff knows what is going on and can explain to customers. The staff always seemed like they were annoyed with customers and when we checked in and continued as we watched multiple others come and go. We waited 2 hours before we could check into our room and that was ok, until we kept getting told, it would be 20 minutes and then 20 minutes would come and go and we kept sitting there. There was no communication about our room. If, I had not been persistent, and borderline annoying, I don't think we would have received any updates. Once, we finally got to our room, the room was nice and spacious and very well cleaned. That was very much appreciated given the whole Covid stuff. I feel like the whole experience was like going to a well advertised, highly recommended restaurant and you look at the pricing and agree to eat there and then the meal comes out and it's portion size is not even close to what is advertised, the table service was non-existent, the food was luke-warm and the desert was something you could have made at home considering what you paid for the whole meal. You can only blame situations on Covid so much and then it becomes what is a culture issue. I believe, there is a poor culture here and if I were to recommend this hotel or spa, I would have to see some significant improvements.

Used Wyndham points and then paid for upgrade to Almeria building. Wow was that a good choice! Pros Most comfortable bed ever AC unit was a real unit unlike the junky hotel ones we had at three other hotels on our trip Restaurant on site with good food Pisa Lisa amazing food across the street Scenic views Amazing staff Lovely decor Activities for kids on lawn Fire pit at night Handled covid well Free waters in lobby Cons Very Quiet except room above us was loud No bath tub No lock on bathroom door Fitness center closed for covid I will definitely return next time in AZ! Thanks for a great stay!
