Everything about our stay was amazing! when we first got there everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room and the hotel is beautiful. I loved being able to look out our room and see the mountains. The pool was upper nice my hubby was able to order drinks at the pool. we would go swim at night then hangout by the fire place! Up on the top floor they have this open deck that you can sit and watch the sunset! Went to the restaurant hubby had some drinks and the food was AMAZING momma was happy!!! We where talking to some of the employees there about us being here for my birthday/ anniversary/ get away for our baby comes just all around friendly people. We left to go walk around come back to our hotel and found a plate that said happy birthday with all different treats on it! It made me feel very special! A big thank you to everyone that works there you all made our trip! cant wait to go back!!!

The spa was excellent, it was pricey, but well worth it after 4 days hiking the grand canyon. We had excellent therapists and the hotel room was nice and clean! We didn't have much time to enjoy more of the amenities, but the people at the spa made us feel welcome and pampered.

We stayed 2 nights and loved our time there. All the staff members were accommodating and knowledgeable about hiking, activities and dining options in and around Sedona. Rooftop was amazing for sunsets, pool was great for kids and Sedonuts next to Safeway was walkable and delish.

Property is GORGEOUS with a nice pool and very nice rooms and bathrooms. The entryway is spectacular. The people are nice as well. The room is spacious, clean and VERY well appointed. You really can't go wrong here. My only complaints, and I mean ONLY, are that they sky the TV in an awkward place if you want to work on the desk, and they take a ridiculous "resort fee" or whatever they call it for the Internet and food and whatever, and you "get it back" so to speak by buying their food. However, the money they take doesn't even cover the fees and taxes and tips and cost for their food so it's a LOSS. If I want to buy their food in house I will, if not it's a sneaky way to take money to which they're not entitled in my opinion. Personally, I'd call it stealing myself. While I ADORED the resort and would go again, I'd consider this a, say, 20-25 % bump to the hotel room price when comparing hotels, MAKE SURE TO ASK ABOUT THIS IN COMPARING. I'm a straightforward person and I want my hotels to be honest.
