The hotel is a good starting point to explore part of the Grand Canyon. Sedona is a nice little town with lots of good restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, however the hotel is perhaps a little overpriced. Friendly staff. Calculate a long waiting time at the reception.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely courtroom and mountain overlook. The restaurant was very good. We loved the water features in the courtyard. The location was convenient. We will return to the Rouge.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
I guess it depends. I've stayed here three times, but breakfast was never included.

No it is not, it is on the west side of town. It would be a very long walk, but, an Uber wouldn't be expensive at all. The West side of town (it's a small town) has it's own beauty. If you like a little quieter area this is a good choice. If you want to be where the hustle and bustle of town is, you may want to choose another location.
