This was our family’s first vacation in years abd the first with three teens ladies 16, 17, & 17). We were prepared for some aspect of the trip to fail to meet someone’s expectations. :-) The room was large enough for each girl to spread out, plus in, and relax each night. And there was plenty of room to sleep. The view for the balcony was breathtaking and shaded, so afternoons and evenings were very comfortable. I cannot image a better place to stay in Sedona. Thank you!!
There is unspoken charm in this quaint little gem hidden by all the shops that surround it. But once you get in and see the lay of the land, it is amazing! The rooms with balconies facing that red rock are truly breathtaking views. The rooms themselves are so comfortable. They have real coffee not that brown water most hotels do and a breakfast area in the lobby in the morning that had great muffings, fruit and bagels. This was a wonderful place to stay, the staff were fantastic!! Definitely will stay again!! One added perk was if you stay here, you are able to walk everywhere for shopping without paying for it!
Awesome Best location. Great clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice helpful staff. Highly recommend. Walking distance to everything parking is tight in the area so walking around is key. Would stay again for sure
Pool structure broken - we were not advised ahead of booking , slow check in process despite paying ahead , nice morning danishes , helpful departure staff sending off with bottled water ,great location
As said before….amazing views out back. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops and recreation of Uptown Sedona. Staff is very helpful. We had room 213 which was an end unit and very private. Easy parking. Clean room, comfy bed, tv has so many channels, private balcony overlooking the beautiful red rocks. They provide a very limited but good continental breakfast including pastries, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, breakfast bars, coffee and tea. Such a convenient location and just steps from restaurants, pink jeep tours, new Age shops, ice cream shops and souvenirs. Would absolutely stay here again.
Customer service was great. Breakfast was a very, very light breakfast. Coffee was delicious. The building itself looked old. Room doors need to be painted so give the Inn a newer look. Shower/bathroom very roomy.
The view was so amazing my fiancee literally cried when she saw it. Waking up to that view every am was bliss. When the woman at the front desk learned that it was my fiancee's birthday she had a very nice tasting bottle of wine delivered to the room. We watched the sunrise, set and the moonrise from our balcony. Very romantic.
Beautiful views and comfortable stay. We had a great trip. The room was comfortable and the views were breathtaking. The location was perfect as well. It was the most convenient place that we could have stayed for the sites we wanted to see.
Lovely room with stunning views. Great hotel for fly drive holidays and unlike a lot of hotels we have stayed in on this trip the amenity fee was actually worth it. Reception staff were very helpful, especially the young woman who helped with my health issue whose name we unfortunately do not know. Trailfinders travel company's details of this hotel indicates there is a pool so we were disappointed to find this isn't accurate and we will be feeding this back.
This is not a luxury property or anywhere near a L'Auberge quality property. Heard that it was to be remodeled. Unfortunate visit. Highly recommend a remodel/refresh. Property is tired and dated, plumbing issues and old tired linens.
