Very beautiful hotel in and out, gorgeous mountain and city views during sunrise and sunset from balcony, walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. Free warm and decent breakfast. Hotel attendants are very nice, patience, and helpful. It’s certainly worth the value.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. Our room had wonderful views, but the room themselves were pretty meh. For what we paid, I expected a heck of a lot more ($250/night). Our door was partially broken, as well as the room next to us, AND, the only window in the room had a

Dear Jeremy, Thank you for spending your honeymoon with us. I am very sorry that our room and amenities were a let down and that in itself is very disappointing to us also. We strive to make every guest's stay an enjoyable and memorable one and we didn't make that happen for you. Please accept my most personable apology. It's our sincerest wish that you will give us another try to show you that we really do care and want you to have a wonderful time. Sincerely, Saara

Stayed here twice now and had a good experience both times. Love the location and the views. All the rooms are nice but get a terrace room on the 3rd floor if you want to enjoy the fire pits outside the rooms. Rooms come with a free breakfast but we had to pass because it was

Good morning Janice. Thank you for giving us your input on thing that you feel we can improve upon. What the guest sees and thinks is an important part of our continuing process of upgrading the hotel. We have just added cushioned patio furniture and fire pits to the third floors and are adding beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds in our rooms in order to keep up our modern appearances. Please let our concierge know which guide that you hired so that we can share this gem with our future guests. Thank you again, Saara

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The views from the rooms were breath taking. The room seemed to be perfect, then in the middle of the night we heard dripping and the ceiling in the bathtub/shower was pretty soaked and dripping. There was a slight odor from the soaked

There are specific pet friendly rooms on each level of the hotel. There is a one time non refundable pet fee of $20.00 plus tax which comes to $21.87. It doesn't matter how many pets or their size or how many nights you stay. It's just the one time fee.

Yes, you may go to the terraces on the other floors. They are accessible to the general public. Just be aware that there are rooms very close by, so watch the partying.

You should request a 3rd floor terrace room. They are the most expensive rooms ,however, you can walk out of your room onto the terrace and enjoy panoramic views of Sedona terrain.

Hi, There are no elevators, because its located on an hill every floor also has a non step entery to the floor you dont need to take the stairs, if you park down hill you step right in front of the floor where your room is located. Parking lot is on the hill so someone has to walk just some meters downhill or take the stairs to go to the right floor. (The hill is not as steep as you might think) altough the stairs are dangerous. especially in the dark. But the topfloor (same floor as the lobby) has no stairs at all if that is available I would take that. the hotel is still between another building , and is not directly on the " main road. The road directly along the hotel is very quite, mostly used by hotel guest. The main road of sedona is not that busy I drive from los angeles .so sedona is a nice small town. I didnt drive from phoenix airport but from palm springs but, I looked it up for you, it is about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix. I hoped that I could help you with this info, sorry for the bad english some times im from holland.
