While I was not please with the cleanliness of my unit (too many spiders and old cabinets), this is a great location for its beauty and access to restaurants and stores. I am glad to see renovations are occurring at this location which will help future tenants. If I rebook, I would ask for a renovated unit.

First of all this place is not even in Sedona. It's in Oak Creek. Not that you could tell anyway because there is no way to see outside of this small, windowless room. But at least the balcony is super nice.......oh wait, no it's not it's terrible. Please go and upgrade your furniture with some $20 Costco chairs. I could not even stretch my legs out it was that small. Add a few cockroaches into the mix and this was a dream night getaway from the heat in the Valley. Please stay anywhere else in Sedona, not Oak Creek, and you will be much happier. And if you have already booked a reservation make sure to give yourself 45 minutes or more to be put on hold with Diamond Club International because you cannot talk to a human at the "resort". I use that term very loosely. But there are some very nice activities such as listening to high pressure time share schpiels and walking too far to the amenities to pass the time. I hope you can save your time an money unlike me and avoid this place. Thank you for your time.

This is the place for you if you like a tiny dark claustrophobic room with no view. Looking out you couldn't tell where you were (but I would rather have been at home). Comfortable bed if you look beyond the stains. Nice big bathroom though. TV didn't work but was eventually resolved after two maintenance calls. At least it had a balcony with uncomfortable chairs and next to a noisy AC unit. Icing on the cake was a high pressure sales meeting we had to go to in order to get a discount on a train ride they booked for us. We checked out early.

The one bedroom was very spacious and looked onto the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen. The only down side is that you have to drive to the pool if you are in the area of bldg 21. Also there are lots of steps to get to the pools and hot tubs so if you have trouble walking you need to ask for bldg 8-10. Or a room near the pool. Overall very happy with our stay. The nearby village of oak creek offers plenty of dining options too.

Just spent our first week here. Very nice apartment, with all you could wish for.(Apart from a view, all we could see was the base of a tree and the pool railings). Concierge was not too forceful, especially after I explained that I used to be with Diamond Resorts, but had bought myself out of them. A few calls to the apartment, but I just ignored them. All in all, a lovely week. Great location for restaurants. Rotten Jonneys and Mileys were great.
