My husband planned a getaway for our 20th wedding anniversary and after much careful research picked Sedona Views B&B. He could not have picked a better place! It is located just past the hustle and bustle of the downtown Sedona area. You would almost pass it and not know it was there off the main road. Ann and Carol were the most gracious and kind hosts. The breakfast are gourmet and unique and absolutely delicious! They will fuel you right up until dinner The Inn and the ground are lovely! The area outside of the breakfast room has a beautiful waterfall with flowers. We stayed in the sunrise, sunset room on the back of the property and had a beautiful view of one of the red rock mountains. We had a lovely hot tub for two with complete privacy. I made sure that I made time each evening to get into the hot tub to relax. It was so wonderful with the cool evening air. Our room was well decorated, clean and we were provided with fresh bottles of water, delicious chocolate chip cookies, snacks, and replacement of toiletries. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation the next time we visit Sedona!!!

Staff, views and surroundings were excellent. While the rooms are dated, the bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was functional. They kept the room clean. They were not serving breakfast while we were there, but they did provide us with beverages and snacks, as well as homemade cookies and muffins that were yummy. The two person spa on the back patio was heavenly at the end of every day. I was happy that they kept it extremely clean and you could smell the chlorine! The birds flying throughout the property were a fun and unexpected treat! Being able to walk down to a private area by Oak Creek was AMAZING. It was a highlight for us. We met Bruno, the local doggie who helped ease our sadness of missing our own pup. We stayed in the Sedona Serenade room, which provided the ultimate privacy onsite and was romantic. We will go back.

Really had a nice stay. We've stayed here several times but hadn't been back in a couple years. Due to Covid, they aren't serving their incredible breakfasts but the price has been discounted accordingly. The property is built like a home but each 'room' has it's own bathroom, private porch with a hot tub. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Since no breakfast is served, they stocked our room with coffee (and coffee maker), juices, sodas, snacks, muffins etc. As the name says, every room has just an incredible view of the surrounding red rocks. The property is a little north of Sedona downtown area and sits on the north side of the road. The view is open east, west and south. Nothing like sitting in your private hot tub, enjoying a drink and looking out over the valley. Many excellent restaurants are near as well as awesome hiking trails. The property owners have added a nice private area across the road and down by the creek where you can hang out. It's got sitting areas, a fire pit and is right next to a very nice little pool area of the creek. We'll be coming back again for sure.

This place is incredible. We stayed in the Sunrise-Sunset room in the middle of the pandemic and oh my goodness! The room is gorgeous, views are glorious and the private deck with spa did it for me. Everything was perfect! This B&B is a Sedona gem!
Ann is such a sweet, kind hearted host. She went out of her way to make us feel special from check in-check out, from booking over the phone to sweet check ins via text prior to our arrival. We arrived a little past midnight and we were welcomed by a sweet note, with our lights on and freshly baked cookies.
Sedona views is lovely & worth every penny! Def recommended booking this B&B if you’re in Sedona! We will be back!

Just got back from only one night in Sedona.. but SO GLAD we spent it at Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast. My wife is a researcher, and found this absolute gem of a B&B. The views, the room -- I can't recommend this place enough. Due to COVID restrictions, breakfast wasnt being served - but the in room coffee and muffins/cookies/snacks more then made up for it. Dont forget to walk down to the creek.... you wont be dissapointed!

My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We stayed in the Sweet Dreams suite for one leg of the trip and the Sedona Serenade suite for the other leg of the trip. WOW! Stop looking. This place is perfect. Definitely a perfect fit for couples. There is a special air about Sedona Views; you can tell that the people who own it and take care of it have a passion for making it as beautiful and enjoyable as possible for their guests. Ann in particular was wonderful to work with from the time I initially called to the morning we left (when I finally got to meet her in person!).
Both suites were clean, cozy, and stylish. The views were unreal. The Sedona Serenade does have an amazing view of Cathedral Rock (from the bed!), but the Sweet Dreams suite also has a stunning view of the red rocks, and is up the most charming little rock staircase next to a waterfall. You can hear the waterfall from the room when you have the sliding door open, and the lush flowers and plants make it feel like you have a private garden. The private patios are wonderful - and are truly private. No one is able to see you when you're sitting on the patio drinking your coffee in your robe in the morning. We knew there were other visitors at Sedona Views during our stay because there were other cars in the parking lot, but we didn't hear or see any of them except in passing on our way to the private beach by Oak Creek.
One last thing: the private beach is stunning. It's immediately across the creek from a large red rock face. Anticipate spending some time down there.

We had the pleasure of staying here while on our honeymoon in Sedona & cannot say enough good things about our stay, the property, & entire experience!! Ann was so gracious during our stay - We stayed in the “Memories & Moonbeams” suite which has a warm, intimate Victorian feel. Enjoyed our jacuzzi at night on our private deck, stargazing is a must out there! Due to measures, we were not able to experience the full breakfast & meals, although there are delicious pastry’s, drinks, that are stocked in the room & available when needed! The best part of the property, was the secluded access to Oak Creek, just across the road. A true secluded gem in all of Sedona… 10/10 must must stay! We were only one night in Sedona. We were kept in contact by the manager, who was not there when we arrived. We were given specific instructions to get to our room. Room was nice. Our private balcony was great, with a great view. Nice waterfall feature helped minimize road noise. Ann (the manager) was great, very nice. Breakfast was delicious and I asked for a replacement of the cantaloupe being prepared and was graciously accommodated. Had a great conversation during breakfast with 4 other people staying there. Great location, very convenient to downtown area. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast. Roger, Anne, and Maria were amazing. The hospitality was by far superb they made us feel like guests in their own home. The views and rooms were beyond exceptional. The room we stayed in (Sedona Serenade) was very private, tranquil, and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better room. When visiting Sedona we will only stay at Sedona Views they truly have the best views and rooms in town. I almost forgot to mention the lake across the street it is within walking distance, again, a hidden gem!

Wonderful experience. Anna was so gracious and welcoming. Excellent communication and suggestions. The Morning Glory room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. So much attention to detail made us feel right at home. Even though they couldn’t serve breakfast, morning goodies were provided, even two coffee pots so we could brew regular and decaf coffee! The private area by the creek was a perfect place to unwind after a full day of hiking and was clearly marked and easy to access. The property is located just outside of main commercial so you can enjoy the tranquil setting yet be in town quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub on our deck as well as the lovely views. Hello,
All five rooms have their entrance from the outside, from their own private deck or patio area. The most private room is the Sedona Serenade room on the first floor. It is its own building that is built together with the main building with a breezeway. It has a beautiful view of the valley and the Cathedral Rock red rock formations.
Sweet Dreams is an other room that is more secluded. It's tucked in to the back of our B&B and you get there by walking up the rock steps next to the waterfall. This room also has a views of red rocks.
