We stayed at this hotel while visiting Sedona and we were so happy that we chose this place. We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front counter (Hope) and she knew the area very well and recommended some great sites to see and great restaurants. Our room was very nice and the view from our room was incredible! We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit.
We came up from Phoenix for a little get away and were amazed by the friedly, cozy, family feel to this lodge. Everyone was friendly there, We had a four year old boy who got up early and would love to take walks around the grounds. He got to feed the Koi fish, he loved the pool. The gardens and decoration all around were beautiful. It's a hidden treasure and we'll definitely be going back our next stay up in Sedona.
I tried to cancel or rebook a reservation at Sky Ranch Lodge upon hearing that Arizona is now a restricted travel state for New York. The hotel told me they couldn't modify it at all because it was prepaid. The hotel has outdated COVID information on their website implying that they will be flexible (allowing customers to cancel 72 hours before the stay or rebook for a later date) and will help customers in light of the pandemic. However, the hotel is now refusing to help customers impacted by the COVID pandemic and changing state policies. I'm very disappointed that the hotel is not following through on its commitment to provide its guests flexibility during this difficult time.
So loved our stay at Sky Ranch Lodge . I felt like a kid in summer camp. Our room was very clean, had a refrigerator , microwave and coffee pot with supplies of coffee... The best part of our room was our deck and view. A better view you could not have ... the changing light on The red rocks is amazing and right from our room. On arrival we were checked in by Meghan , so friendly and helpful. Actually the whole staff could not be nicer. The plus is the Mesa Grille which is walking distance and is located at Sedona airport If you have the opportunity to be in beautiful Sedona , don’t miss a few days at Sky Ranch Lodge , you will be happy you did.
The hotel must be under new ownership as over the years it deteriorated. Not now. From the front desk staff to the grounds staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and the bed was comfortable. It's a great place to be away from the crowds in town, it was a wednesday and town was packed, but yet be close enough with easy access to hiking. Great views. They have a salt water pool with a hot tub and a patio up front for afternoon happy hour. I'll stay here again but I'll pay a bit extra for the room with a great view of the rocks.
