I think this hotel had some nice aspects, but overall didn’t measure up to other hotels at the same price point. We paid about 400 a night but had a very spacious room with two queen beds, a deck, and a living space. So that is the good part. There was certainly plenty of space. They also had a lovely outdoor area with hanging chairs and a pergola with hanging fans, that you can relax in. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure from the shower was very good. The not so good, is that the room was in need of updates and it was not as clean as it should have been. We found some wine stains on the table, the carpet looks pretty worn, one of the ceiling fans didn’t seem to work, and there was a number of dead bugs in the sky light ceiling area. I’m not sure how much Covid played into this. I assume staffing is down due to Covid. Having said that, we stayed in another B&B in Sedona at the same price point, and the room was much nicer. I think some tlc to the rooms could go along ways to make this a very nice spot to stay. Certainly the grounds and location are good, and service was friendly.

Two nighter well spent on a great bed. The room and bathroom were spotless, with a good fridge and microwave. Coffee maker good. We had a quiet room in the back and spent some time with the banana swings and out on the garden porch. Our room was very tight, but we were out hiking or sightseeing most of the day it wasn't too much of a problem. Ask for restaraunt recommendations and you might get some coupons for places that you were going to go to anyway. We got 10% off at Gerardo's.

My husband and I spent two nights on our trip to Sedona and loved our stay. It was an easy check-in process and very COVID safe. The room was small, but clean and updated. We loved our patio and shared spaces out back, particular the swings! We spent our days hiking and exploring Sedona, and this was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day of exploring the Red rocks. Highly Recommend!!

This is a quaint, quite, place to get away yet close to everything in Sedona. My wife and I enjoyed our 25th Anniversary here. The hanging chairs, fire features and patios make a great atmosphere for relaxing.

We stayed here for one night. It was a quick, easy check-in/check-out. Our room was pretty small but it was very clean! The bed was super comfy...actually we slept the best here during our entire 5 day trip (we stayed at several other hotels/inns). It was also very quiet. Unfortunately the breakfast service is suspended...but everything else was fantastic. We ended up eating breakfast at the Coffee Pot Cafe which was very inviting.
