Travelers' Choice
L’Auberge de Sedona is a destination like no other. With scenic backdrops that steal your breath away, we have the privilege of being one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Our manicured grounds meander through the wooded banks of Oak Creek and overlook Sedona’s fabled red rocks. In this tranquil setting, time seems to pass a bit slower. Our warm, intuitive staff goes above and beyond to ensure that each stay is enriching and unique. 88 meticulously appointed guest rooms and cottages are spread across 11 acres of landscaped grounds. Cottages have fireplaces and private decks; most have separate outdoor showers and a few are even open to canine guests. Dine on our creekside patio, and you’ll see why Cress on Oak Creek was named "One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest" by Condé Nast Traveler. We’ve also received the Wine Spectator’s "Award of Excellence" 19 consecutive times. A $25 million refurbishment introduced a new wine bar that opens onto a shaded patio and an expanded spa. From morning yoga sessions and duck feedings to evening stargazing and s’mores, guests are invited to submerse themselves in an elevated, Sedona experience. However, do not simply take our word for it – take a moment to read what our guests have to say.

We were surprised on how removed from the uptown shopping area this property, being just below and along the Oak Creek. The rooms are all facing Oak Creek and have a great sense of privacy. You can easily walk the path to the Uptown area, or request a car to take you to a hike or other local destination. The staff goes out of their way to make you have the best experience. Steven, valet, gave us great information about the town, hiking and dining options. We appreciate his help and wish we had longer to stay and explore the city.

Hotel's Favorite
Tucked away off the main road in the center of Sedona, this little gem is a definite must-try. Located on Oak Creek, it's the perfect tranquil, romantic, idyllic get-away. Dining is outside, on the creek or the outdoor deck/patio with either an a la carte option or tasting menu. Breakfast items are nicely diverse - with great healthy options, including fresh-pressed juices! Rooms in the lodge are comfortable, well-appointed and the bed is really comfortable. They also have dog-friendly cabins (for an extra pet fee) which we may try next time we go. Yes, we will be back! There is indoor parking, including a non-Tesla charging station - outstanding! As someone else mentioned, tips are automatically included so no need to worry at the valet stand or anywhere else on property. Service is attentive, friendly and efficient - from the front desk, to the valet and dining. Other than some complaining guests at the host stand, everyone wore a mask and we felt very safe. They provide a shuttle service to the local hiking store and the downtown hustle and bustle is within walking distance should you choose. You will love it!

This was the best hotel on our trip, which included another 5 star hotel. from the moment we pulled up, staff was helping us with our bags and checking in our car. The front desk was very helpful and since it is a no tipping hotel, we didn’t have to worry about fishing for change. Everyone was so nice and willing to make our experience wonderful. Breakfast on the deck every morning was a real treat and the spa service was amazing. The hotel is also right in uptown Sedona and so we were able to walk right to all the shops. In addition they have a free car service that will take you anywhere within 1 mile (which is all you need)so you never have to worry about finding parking. They even dropped us off for our hike and then brought water when they picked us up. Lastly, since we were celebrating our anniversary we did the 7 course tasting menu at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. My husband and I would definitely come back here and would highly recommend staying here.

Almost don't want to write a review - would like to keep this place a secret! The stress of the Covid 19 washed right down the creek! The resort did a wonderful job making us feel safe and staff was amazing.

Dining on the creek is amazing, the food is excellent. The views are beautiful, except for the lodge, I would not recommend staying there. Location is near everything in Sedona. The staff are professional yet pleasant and helpful.
