Travelers' Choice
L’Auberge de Sedona is a destination like no other. With scenic backdrops that steal your breath away, we have the privilege of being one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Our manicured grounds meander through the wooded banks of Oak Creek and overlook Sedona’s fabled red rocks. In this tranquil setting, time seems to pass a bit slower. Our warm, intuitive staff goes above and beyond to ensure that each stay is enriching and unique. 88 meticulously appointed guest rooms and cottages are spread across 11 acres of landscaped grounds. Cottages have fireplaces and private decks; most have separate outdoor showers and a few are even open to canine guests. Dine on our creekside patio, and you’ll see why Cress on Oak Creek was named "One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest" by Condé Nast Traveler. We’ve also received the Wine Spectator’s "Award of Excellence" 19 consecutive times. A $25 million refurbishment introduced a new wine bar that opens onto a shaded patio and an expanded spa. From morning yoga sessions and duck feedings to evening stargazing and s’mores, guests are invited to submerse themselves in an elevated, Sedona experience. However, do not simply take our word for it – take a moment to read what our guests have to say.

We had an incredible stay made even more so by the staff of L’Auberge. A special shot out to Kristle, the superstar concierge. Spot on recommendations and a sweet disposition. She made my girlfriend’s birthday perfect. Another stand out was their professional valet staff. Last but not least Andrew at the front desk was a great first impression. Thank you to anyone I left out. Overall a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

The experience staying at L'Auberge could mot have been better. Friendly and helpful service at every level. My wife and I were visiting for our anniversary. We chose to have room service on several occasions. Isaiah who fielded calls and delivered was friendly, accommodating for items not on the menu and to requests for change, prompt and polite. Food was delivered within 20-30 minutes every time. Serene. Quietly understated. Would definitely come back.

The accommodations are EXACTLY what the website shows. Beautiful grounds, attentive staff, and the view is amazing! Sitting by the creek to read was so relaxing. The food for in room dining was amazing! The town is very touristy but the moment you get onto the hotel grounds all of the hustle and bustle fades away. Highly recommend. Worth Every Penny! Since our room was not attached to another it was so peaceful and private.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but they just couldn't deliver. From being right in town next the tacky strip, the large hotels on the rim above the l'Auberge that make it feel cramped in, to the 'view' from our Creekside Cottage that was a packed in patio looking right onto another cottage, to the very average food - it was one let down after another. If it were $200 to $300 per night there would be no complaints, however we were upwards of $1000 per night - it was just not worth it when there are so many options in the area that offer similar stays for much less. Sedona is about the the views, the awe, the space... maybe a Vista Cottage would have been a better option.
