Everything about our stay at The Inn at Thunder Mountain was exceptional. From the pre arrival communication and incredibly warm welcome from Inn Keeper Zak, through the phenomenal breakfasts that were freshly cooked each day to the quality of the accommodation itself. The Inn at Thunder Mountain offered the luxury we were looking for to round off our Roadtrip. The Moonlight Shaddow suite was beautifully equipped and offered everything we needed. I had completely forgotten about the promise of fresh bread on arrival and the aroma as we opened the door to the suite was amazing. The fresh baked cookies available throughout the day were delicious and the availability of water, soft drinks, coffee and tea whenever you need it was refreshing. The Inn is a little bit out of town but, for us, that was ideal as it offered a quiet and relaxing place to watch the sun go down after a day of hiking. We cannot recommend this place enough and will absolutely stay here again if we visit Sedona in the future.

Walk into your room to the aroma of fresh baked bread is only the beginning of the many features of this little gem. Large rainfall shower with glass wall to look out at mountains, private balcony with clean hot tub and sitting area for morning coffee or glass of wine. Gas fireplace, large, comfy bed, snacks, drinks, and huge delicious breakfast delivered to your room each morning.

Location is 2-3 blocks off the 89A in West Sedona with dozens of restaurants within less than a 5 minute drive.

Honestly did not want to leave. It was the perfect place to start your day with many hiking trails a short drive away. It was the perfect place to soak in a hot tub after a day of hiking and drink a glass of wine on the private balcony. A little pricey but when considering all of the extras, well worth it and a bargain compared to other more touristy places. We love Sedona and will stay here again.

After 2 nights at a familar chain hotel in Sedona we were not happy with, we searched and found this gem of a hotel. The property is nicely landscaped and has a cool common house with cookies. The hot bread loaf on arrival was a delicious touch of class. The 4 person jet hot tub was dedicated to that room only and it worked off our stress - the water was clean and 104F. Breakfast each day was really good and they catered to dietary requests. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Close to the airport vortex- sunset vistas. Good 5G top speed tmobile at property location inside thr room and their wifi allowed a few business meetings. So glad its a pet free place, no allergic reactions like i usually get at the chain hotels. Being picky BnB owners, we highly recommend this property.

This B&B presents itself as a luxurious and romantic destination. Unfortunately, both our room and their hospitality fell short.
My husband and I recently spent two nights in the Santa Fe room. I'm a celiac, which means I have to avoid gluten, so we didn't make the reservation until we were assured that the B&B could accommodate me and that I could have gluten free food. We added the information in the notes of our reservation and I called a week before our arrival to verify that they knew our situation. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found there was bread baked (not gluten free) in our room and I was told that they couldn't accommodate me for breakfast. The person in charge when we arrived said he doesn't read the notes made on reservations and no one made him aware of my special situation. We were disappointed that during our stay no efforts were made to make me comfortable. We visited a grocery store for food and I wiped down areas in the room myself since I was concerned there was gluten on surfaces. After we returned home the B&B did credit us $200. Considering the assurances given, the cost of our stay and how they describe the B&B we think they should have done more.
The Santa Fe room we stayed in is attractive however, you can hear everything that happens in the room above. In addition, there isn't a door on the bathroom which made us uncomfortable as we do like some privacy.
We can't recommend this B&B and would suggest asking many questions before making a reservation here.

We were very excited to be staying at the Suites of Sedona but were very disappointed when we arrived. The suites are located behind an industrial complex and you pull into an all gravel driveway. Once checked in, we were taken upstairs on worn wooden steps to the Sacred Feather suite which only resembled the picture on their website. The suite looked old and tired, the closet light was out, the closet door only partially opened because of thick carpeting and the toilet was noisy and constantly running. Half of the balcony was wet from drainage from the hot tub (it never dried up for 3 days that we were there). Looking over from the balcony their were numerous air conditioners just throw on the back side of property. The other view was an empty parking lot. Your view of the mountains was very limited. You mostly saw other rental property or homes. This does not sound like their website advertised "luxurious suites" and "great red rock views". Let me assure you that is not the case. Returning from our first day out we found that our room was not serviced. We had to make a request to have our room cleaned but then found out there was no housekeeping. Listen, we have stayed at many bed and breakfasts throughout the country and for less money and for the Suites of Sedona to boasts all of their accolades is a joke. They do not measure up to any upscale B&B in any terms. The place needs an overhaul and updating. Service was adequate. Breakfast was served in our room but no one came back to get the dirty dishes. I usually do not write reviews but this time it was different. We paid a good price for a room that you expect it to be what their website advertises. If you are considering booking this place I would look around a little bit. Sorry to have to write this but unfortunately The suites of Sedona website does not reflect the correct information. I am seriously confused as to how other reviewers gave this place a 5 star rating. There is no way it is even close to that rating.

This place would be a wonderful find for half the price. At over $450 a night I would expect more. The hot breakfast was served cold, the communication lacking and frankly the location (surrounding street,) left a lot to be desired. There was no view and I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable the room spacious and the bathroom renovated so it would be worth 200 a night but I felt like I had been scammed. I will research further next time.

Room Tip: Sedona is amazing and we had a wonderful time, but I wouldn’t recommend “splurging” on this B&B.

My husband and I rented the Gentleman Cowboy Suite for 5 nights. The staff consistently went out of their way to make this an exceptionally pleasant stay. Beginning with the privilege of getting checked in early, to bread baking in a breadmaker in our suite upon our arrival, a nicely stocked frig and snack options, and a delicious breakfast delivered to our suite each morning. More about that in a minute! The accommodations were clean and well appointed, nothing fancy but just as they were presented online. Our suite featured a soaking tub and the housekeeper replaced the bath salts and towels daily. The view was beautiful and the property is laid out in away to afford privacy for guests to sit outside on their patios to enjoy that view. The only odd thing about the room was a odddly sized curtain on the one window that left about 2 feet of uncovered space at the bottom of the large window, allowing in enough light to disturb a light sleeper. Plus, you had to climb up and around the built in soaking tub to open and close it each day...not the most convenient or functional. Side from that however, we were extremely happy with our stay here and would highly recommend to others as a good value. Back to the breakfasts, the "chef" would collect cards the day before where you could indicate any food preferences, time for breakfast and whether you wanted it delivered or take it in the common dining area. He would arrive promptly at the requested time each morning with a tray full of plentiful deliciousness! Not just your standard toast and pile of cold scrambled eggs but really nice options like banana oatmeal pancakes, or egg and cheese strata, or bread pudding, abundant fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits, fresh bread and honey, thick cut bacon, etc.. .always garnished with fresh herbs an beautifully presented.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Ghost Rider suite! Upon checking in, we opened our door to smell fresh baked bread right in our room. Beverages and snacks were stocked daily and we enjoyed them often! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! Smart TV was great to be able to watch Netflix! Our balcony was beautiful, private, and had a hot tub. I think my favorite part was the homemade breakfast brought to our room each morning. It was always a surprise what we would have for breakfast, and each morning we were thrilled and never disappointed! We will be back for sure, and also telling all our friends! Location is wonderful and in quiet West Sedona. Only 9 mins to main town, but less than a minute to Vino di Sedona, and less than ten to a personal fav- Mariposa! Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Our 2 rooms were perfect! The City Slickers room was like being in a small home. The living room, huge bedroom, stand alone bath tub, lovely bathroom with all amenities, sitting room & beautiful outside area to enjoy the red Rock were wonderful. Our sons room across from ours was also wonderful! So many extra touches !
When entering the room, the aroma of fresh raisin cinnamon bread baking in our own bread oven was amazing! The refrigerator is stocked with water, soda & jams & butter for our hot delicious bread. The coffee machine in the room is a plus in the morning & a tray of munchies!
The breakfast was fresh & delicious. A choice to be served in your room or in their dining area.
We will be back & will definitely stay at Suites of Sedona, if available!

It would have been enough that the Inn was cute and the room decor was very well done and cozy but the topper was the fabulous breakfasts from Chef Robert. Every day was different for the separate sweet and savory choices my wife and I had and were always delicious and well presented. Even the juices were different and tasty each day.

The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of counter and storage in the bathroom with a shower that could comfortably accommodate two, or maybe even more 😉.

Snacks and water were replenished daily, with ice available as needed from the kitchen. The lobby also was well stocked with more chilled water and a variety of teas and coffee drinks, even hot chocolate mix.

Staff, from the manager to Chef Robert to the housekeeping crew were all friendly and helpful. There was even a jacuzzi outside the room in a mostly private little court, also provided with a table and chairs.

The location was even great - close to the Main Street but back enough to be very quiet. Access to town and all of the areas attractions was simple and quick.

Would definitely try again when we return to the area for another vacation.
