Great place, super clean, best staff. Great value. After being closed recently just reopened, they said. It was just a great stay!! Thanks to the whole staff. Convenient area. Shopping and really good places to eat close by.
I had not heard of this chain before so I was a little nervous about booking it for a whole week. We were coming during Scottsdale's peak season and the hotel rates were very high, but this was one of the most reasonable. So, I did some online research and the reviews were very good. I am happy to say that after staying there, I can add my positive feedback as well. The rooms were very clean and everything worked properly. The staff was very personable and responsive. The breakfast food was very good quality and there were a lot of different offerings. We will be happy to stay here again.
We were in town for the WM Open. We choose the Sleep Inn because it was close to the Golf Course and had breakfast! But we got alot more! First, the people who work there are fantastic! From the front desk people to the breakfast people! So friendly and made you feel appreciated for staying there. The breakfast was more than your standard contential breakfast. They had hot eggs, potatoes and sausage, waffles, muffins, cerals etc. We really utilized the shuttle service provided! They were very accomdating to us. Taking us to the WM Opne every day and our wait time for a pick up was minimal. While hundres of people looked for uber and expensive taxis, we jumped right in the van! Plus they would take you to local restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean as well as the nice heated pool area. I would definitly recommend this hotel for this event and any other stay you may need in Scottsdale. We will be back!! Thank You all for your hard work!…
This hotel is hard to physically find in Scottsdale. It has a street address but it is set back from that street way behind a strip mall. It is effectively on the back lane behind that strip mall. This is very nice place. They keep it clean everywhere including the outdoor jacuzzi pool. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast is OK but not fabulous. The standard fare for hotels like these. The nice touch here is the early evening snack provided from 5-7 PM. Vegetables, crackers, other finger foods plus cookies. Not extensive in selection, but adequate for a quick late afternoon snack. The jacuzzi was hot and clean. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom consists of a roomy stall shower ( no bath tub) and toilet in its own room space in the room itself and a sink and mirror in the regular room area. Some people do not like the sink in the main room but I do not mind this. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Many of the nearby hotels are significantly more expensive than here after you get some discount for any affiliations you have. There is ample free parking and no resort fees. There is an elevator to take you to the upper floors. I do not hesitate in recommending staying here. It is not 4 or 5 star but it is nice quiet and reasonably priced. …
North Scottsdale, fabulous location. But.... the room was soooo small. Way too cramped for a family of four, especially with two double beds, lugguage, etc. The closet was a cabinet type thing with minimal space for storing luggage. ONE drawer in the entire room. We had to resort to keeping our belongings in the suitcases. It was such a hassle. The shower stall is a capsule type plastic insert.... totally weird. Linens were clean and fresh but the room had an unusual musky smell. The breakfast was limited to coffee or tea... no juices available. We never saw a single cookie in the lobby as promised... however, I did see trays full of cookies in the storage facilitty near the dining area. The lady in charge of the breakfast even gave a plate full of cookies to a gentleman during the breakfast time. Figured he was a VIP or something since the rest of us werent offered any. When I asked at the front desk about cookies on night the lady rudely responded that she didnt know. All in all in if you are traveling alone... it should be sufficient. But if you are traveling with your family not a good idea. Its situated in a perfect location if you are wanting to be near the 101.…
